Chapter 10

Spencer's P.O.V.

"What?! You're moving in with him?!" Emily exclaimed as I broke the news to her

"Em. One, you are so loud and you might wake up Lily. And two, I told you. I didn't exactly have a choice," I explained as I packed my stuff into a box

"Yeah but I thought you were staying here for at least a year," Em started

"Trust me Em. I would love to stay here but Lily really wants to bond with her sister and I just- I don't want that opportunity away from her,"

"I understand," Emily said in defeat

"Wait, what about Aria?" Emily questioned as she wanted to come up with any excuse to keep me away from Toby, as she knew I would be an emotional wreck around him

"She has skipped town and Toby wants nothing to do with her because- well you know why," I said and Emily shrugged in agreement

"So, I texted Hanna and Ali so they can help pack all your's and Lily's stuff," She said as she put her phone in her pocket

"Ok, actually text them if they want to eat lunch here first, I'll cook. It will be my thank you to you for letting us stay here," I said with a smile on my face

"Aww, thats so sweet but I'll help in the kitchen," She smiled

"Uhh, its fine leave the cooking to me," I said with a grin as I left the room

"Seriously?! I'm not that bad at cooking?!" Emily exclaimed as I bursted out with laughter and so did Em.

I slightly opened Lily's door to see if she was still sleeping, after Emily screamed. Instead I was greeted to the sight of her playing with her dolls. She was acting out something with her dolls as I heard her change her voice back and forth.

"Hey Ava," she said in her normal voice as she waved one doll around

"Hey Lily," she said as she made her voice higher

"Want to play dress up?"

"Sure,"

"Yayyy," she said shaking both dolls

"Oooooh, thats a pretty dress," "Ava" said

"You like it?" Lily asked

"Yeah,"

"You can have it instead," Lily said as she handed a small piece of cloth to "Ava"

"Reallyyy?"

"Yeah, you're my sister," Lily said

"Thank you,"

"No problem, that's what sisters are for," Lily said as she fell back on her bed. As she wrapped herself in her blanket she hugged her dolls and whispered "I can't wait to have a sister," before falling back asleep. Now I know why I'm doing this. Next week would be her birthday and she would finally be spending it with her sister. For now though, all I need to focus on is how I will compress all of Lily's toys into one box.

I went downstairs and prepared all the girls and I some lunch, of course its a healthy salad because Emily is on some crazy diet. Just as I was cleaning the table, the door bell rang. Emily walked down the stairs and opened the door to be greeted by Alison and Hanna.

"Heyyy guys," they said holding a champagne bottle

"Umm guys, I said we were just eating lunch and packing Lily and I's stuff not having a party," I said

"Yeah, but you are about to move in with your ex-fiance I think you need to let loose today," Han stated

"Han," Emily scolded as she nudged her arm
