I lay still for a while,
taking in the beauty
of what was before my eyes.
The branches of the trees above me
were intricately interwoven,
the grooves on their bark
running deep and wide.
It was all so detailed,
as if it was all
delicately carved
by the Creator himself.
The cashmere soft grass
tickled my cheek.
I pressed against
the verdant green carpet
of lush and firm grass
and sighed,
I knew that I was still dreaming,
for I had gone to bed as usual
in my room at home...
but I
didn't want
this dream to
end.
