Things have been going amazing this past month. Selena & I are married, our honeymoon was amazing and Gracie is getting so big.
I'm at work when I receive a phone call. "Hello?" I ask into the receiver.
"Harold! Long time, no see, eh?"
I know exactly who it is. "James."
"How are you mate? Have you been thinking our prior conversation?" He asks.
Truth be told, it's been lingering in my mind but I haven't really been thinking about it. I've got more important things to focus on.
"Yep, sure have." I lie.
We ramble on for a good bit before he says he's gotta go.

Headed to my lunch break, I pull my phone out and text Selena.

When I get home from work, the first thing I do is find Selena. My search is quickly over when I hear her softly singing in the kitchen. I walk up behind her and wrap my arms around her body. "Hello lovely." I say as I place a kiss on her cheek. She turns to face me. "Hey handsome."
"Where's Gracie?" I ask as I start to peel a banana. "She's napping. She's been up all day, and really Harry? A banana? I'm making dinner." She says with her one hand on her hip. "I like bananas." I explain with a shrug.
Walking across the hall to the bathroom, I peek into Gracie's room and she's still sleeping. When I reach the bathroom, I start running water for my shower. I remove my clothes and turn on my waterproof Bluetooth speaker. I'm bloody shocked when I hear who's singing.

"Holy shit, Lou!" I exclaimed to myself. Truth be told, I missed him & the other lads but Louis was and always will be my best mate. In this normal life that I have now, Lou and I don't even know each other. Shit. Reality is hitting me like a ton of bricks. Crazy how when you're in the shower, you're suddenly flooded with thoughts.
"Babe, you okay in there?" Sel asks from the other side of the door. I'm thankful for her interruption. "I heard you talking to yourself." Oh. "I'm fine, love. I'll be out in a moment." I tell her.
I walk out of the tub and wrap a towel around my waist.
