Title: (I'll show you what's mine)

(Short)

(Mature)

"I dug a single seed into the ground, I hope it grows, grows. In a year or two if you're around, you'll see a rose, rose~"

The sweet melody of (Y/n)'s voice resonated through the empty house from behind the bedroom door. But this wasn't just normal singing for pleasure, it was a distraction.

"Pack me up and keep me hidden somewhere, that you can find me. On the train to Paris going nowhere, draw a bridge to find me~"

Before, she hated singing but ever since she was captured and forced to sing everyday, she began loving it, being the only thing that kept her sane. Her eyebrows were furrowed together in concentration as she picked the lock with a bobby pin she had luckily salvaged earlier on.

"Don't be gone too long, cause you won't be there to love me when you're gone. Don't be gone too long, tell me who's gonna love when you're gone~"

The clicking sound of the now opened lock reached her ears, a large happy smile immediately appearing on her lips as excitement and joy bubbled in her heart. She was careful, though, to keep her tone steady so as to not raise any alarm. She continued humming as she placed back the pin in the pocket of her long shirt.

The girl slowly got on her feet, the cold evening breeze hitting her bare legs. She cursed lowly as she tried pulling the down the shirt but it was no use. The male keeping her had her wear only a single shirt on over her bra and panties. It was low and degrading and (Y/n) hated him more for it.

Her shaky fingers slowly reached out for the door handle, her skin touching the cool surface sending tingles down her spine as she could nearly taste freedom. She carefully turned it, being wary of making any sound as the male could already be back.

(Y/n) slowly opened the door, the small squeaks making her wince, her whole form trembling. When the door was halfway open, she peeked into the empty corridor, listening in for any sound before slowly and quietly emerging out of the room.

Her heart drummed in her chest, threatening to come out as she began carefully walking through the corridor. She was aware of the repercussions she would face when Yoosung caught her escaping but she was ready to accept them. She couldn't give up yet on running away, even if it meant doing anything.

She would've opted for the window but Yoosung had bolted all of them shut, leaving her trapped. Her bare feet fell on the carpeted floor, walking on the balls of her feet to make as less noise as possible.

The whole house was silent, a pin drop silence that both encouraged and unnerved her at the same time. She was almost done passing through the corridor that led to the stairs which directly faced the front door. It was too perfect. Too perfect.

(Y/n), though, didn't have the time to assess whether the situation was too easy. Her mind was only burning with one word and one word only, escape.

"Well someone is being naughty today."

The girl froze in her tracks, her racing heart increasing its pace as her blood ran cold.

No! No no! It can't be possible! I was sure he was out! How did he come back?! I would've heard the front door open!
