It was a long drive to his house, so I decided to get relaxed in my seat. I gave a tiring yawn before opening my left eye slightly and secretly looking up at him. He kept looking at me every other minute. It made me blush and giggle a bit. He seems like the kind of guy who would have a gorgeous wife and a couple of beautiful kids.

I looked up at his left hand -that was on the steering wheel- to see if he really was married. Surprisingly, he didn't have a wedding ring on. But I noticed that there were a couple little dots of color on his hand. I squinted my eye more and saw little green and blue dots. It looked like paint. I wonder how he got those on him.

I let out another yawn before he looked at me and smiled as he said, "You seem tired, you can take a nap if you want."

I shook my head and then sat up, "We're driving into your driveway anyways", I said.

He chuckled and then parked the car in a driveway that's on a hill next to a 2 story house. I went to get out but he quickly grabbed my hand to stop me. I turned my head to see what was wrong and his face began to turn red. It was kinda cute actually.

"S-sorry," he said while quickly pulling his hand away from mine.

I giggled and then got out of the car and waited for him. He got out of the car and then walked to the back and pulled out multiple store bags. I smiled, "did you get some food for dinner?" But strangely it didn't smell like food.

I became even more confused when he shook his head and said, "Nope, it's a surprise, come on let's head inside."

I nod and then walk into his house with him and look at my surroundings in awe. It felt so cozy and clean, and the colors were neutral and calm. I felt like I was on vacation in England. It was beautiful.

He looked at me and chuckled before walking me up the stairs and into an amazing room that almost looked like one of those cool rooms on Pinterest. It was huge. On the other side of the room facing the door was a huge bed that was all white and had neutral purple and pink fluffy pillows as decorations. There was a white knitted curtain that hung from the ceiling above the bed and then the long corners went down to the floor by the corners of the foot of the bed. On the curtain were glowing stars that weren't super bright.

Then on both sides of the bed were two nightstands that were all white and had two lamps that had elegant designs. In the corner on my left was a chair with a cubby next to it and there were multiple books and drawing supplies. Then, on my right was my closet. It was huge and had an elegant jet black piano. It was nicely polished and on the side, it had my name carved into it.

I looked up at him and blushes as he gave me a smile. He said, "you seem to like your new room. I hope you don't mind having a hardwood floor but I think it looks nicer than carpet."

I smiled and shook my head and replied, "No No, it's ok. I agree with you."

A couple seconds later a maid walked in with a pair of clothes folded in her hands and my jaw dropped. Holy Shit this guy is actually rich! He probably has a really pretty girlfriend who's really good with makeup. Oh my god I want to meet her so bad.

The maid spoke to me nicely saying, "Hello, what would you like me to address you as?"

I scratched the back of my head while thinking. I haven't had anyone call me something formal. And I don't want Wesley to think that I'm super mean and bossy.

I smiled and said, "Please just call me Anna, may I ask what your name is Miss?"

She looks nervously at me and then gulped. I began to actually feel bad for asking someone what their name is. But I mean come on, her name can't be that bad. I'm sure it's not something like Gorgona or Barbra or Debbie. And I was right.

She licks her top lip nervously, "It's uh, it's Madeline."

Madeline? That's such a beautiful name. Why would she be embarrassed? Maybe kids made fun of her at school when she was little? Maybe her parents told her that they hated her name? Wait no stop, Anna, you're thinking of the most brutal made of thoughts a person could have. Get a hold of yourself here.

I shook the thoughts away and then smiled warmly while saying, "Hello Madeline, it's very nice to meet you. Hopefully, we can get to know each other so that we can talk like sisters," I explained, "I've never had one before and I'd love to know what it's like."

She gave me a shy smile.  Alright, Anna, you've got this. Just don't be, yourself, I thought.
