"right, so on this rail" Lou explained to Jess "is the boys outfits for the second part of the show, it's colour coded so blue is Liam, green is Louis, orange is Niall, purple is Zayn and red is Harry"
"should I be writing this down?" Jess asked, pulling a notepad out of her pockets
"If you can't remember five colours Jess, your not going to do very well..."
Jess had been in Ireland for four days now, and she now realised she shouldn't have been worried about this job at all. Lou had taken one look at her and immediately decided that she was not to be anywhere near any sort of style like decision making and had spent three days making snidey remarks about friends in high places. Not that Jess cared at all, she just watched took anything that anyone threw at her and never stopped smiling, it had taken about a day and a half to realise that she had actually left Jack, as in he wasn't in her life anymore, as in she was now free to do what ever she wanted and go where ever she wanted. The first night, she had watched 'dirty dancing' again and again. It was her favourite film and she was never allowed to watch it, as Jack hated it. The second night she went for a walk in the local park, sat on a bench and looked at the stars, the third night she was so tired from running around all day picking up various clothes from various suppliers that just NEEDED to see one of the boys in an item of their clothing, she collapsed on her bed and went to sleep straight away, waking up at five the next morning, to a missed call and a text from Liam, asking where she had disappeared for the last three days and was she avoiding them.
The truth is yes, Jess was avoiding them. She kept remembering her little conversation with Niall on the ferry and had decided the best way to ensure no one got hurt was to make sure that she avoided all contact with the boys.
"and what are you wearing tonight?" Lou said, knocking Jess out of her daydream.
"whats tonight?"
"there is always a party the night of the first show, did the boys not tell you? Liam said he'd let you know"
"I haven't seen them! I'll find something" Jess said.
"right ok, well grab the blue, you can help Liam, I'll do the others, they'll be off stage soon, literally 30second turn over ok?"
Jess didn't have time to answer because she heard the singing from the stage stop, and screaming from thousands of girls get louder, she grabbed the clothes marked Blue and hung them on the blind in the corner, shouting Liam's name as they run in indicating she had his clothes.
"Jess your going to have to help me out of these jeans" he said undoing them "bloody Louis chucked water all over me and they've stuck to my legs"
"maybe Louis should be helping you out of them then" Jess said between pulling them off and chucking him his white t-shirt and new jeans to put on, adjusting get his sound pack over his new outfit.
"Alright sassy" Liam said "and I do hope your not ignoring me"
"I've been busy doing this liam"
"Liam" Niall shouted "come one, flirt later"
Liam ignored him still talking to Jess "your coming tonight aren't you?"
"Liam your in the middle of a concert... They're waiting for..."
"you to give me an answer..."
"yes Liam I am..." Jess said "Louis mentioned it earlier, I'll see you there"
"good" and with that Liam followed Niall.

Jess was throwing one item of clothing after another on to her floor, before picking up her phone and scrolling to Liam's name and sending him a message:
