Strengths: hand to hand combat, great at academics, great awareness of his surroundings (Uses echolocation by clicking his tongue), pretty decent at the playing the piano
Weaknesses: Has to touch the target first to be able to predict their future actions and such. He is also blind.

Strengths: A fast swimmer and their quirk is pretty handy for stealth. Really at chemistry and marine biology.
Weaknesses: Electricity can put them in a state of shock, can sometimes dehydrate themselves if they over exert their quirk, fear of eels, and catching them off guard
