Regina's POV- Chapter 3:The Potion and the Ball

I had all the ingredients I needed:

Apple Pie

A Tiger Lily from an Enchanted Garden

The Heart of a Lover

So, together I mixed up the potion. I had to make sure that the apple pie completely melted into the mixture, along with the Tiger Lily. The heart was also melted, but it wasn't dust, because of the other two pure ingredients that kept it as it should be. The color was a very dark, ugly, orange-brown color. I cloaked the color with a drop of water and the line "mix this water, mix it good, make this look as water would". The potion now looked exactly like water with a very small tint of red still in it. I was proud of my accomplishment. Love potions can be tricky. Now all I had to do was go to the ball and somehow give Emma the potion. Then I thought of what Rumplestiltskin had once said, "Magic always comes with a price." I didn't think he was right then, mainly because I had killed him a few months before. Now I regret not listening to what he had told me many, many times...
