"So, Mr Lee asked me to say behind in literature class today," Yeongsu grumbles moodily as he picks at his food with a pair of chopsticks. "I need to resit my last two exams, I'm failing, and he said he'll ring my dad if my grade doesn't improve."
"That sucks," Chaewon pouts, feeling sympathetic. "Why don't you hire a tutor or something? There's a bunch of private classes you can go to after school, too. Not sure how expensive they are though."
"I'm trying to focus on sport at the moment, I don't have time for extra studying on top of the nine hours I already do everyday."
"You'll never improve with that attitude, Yeongsu. Surely you don't have practice every night," Chaewon sighs. "Why don't you try and arrange a study session on one of your free nights?"
"Are you good at literature?" He suddenly asks, appearing to ignore Chaewon's words.
"Um, kind of. Not really. Well actually, yeah. I kind of am."
"Would you tutor me?" He asks with a wide grin, his eyes bright with the excitement of a new idea.
"I don't think I'm that good, Yeongsu," she chuckles, taking another bite of her fibre bar.
It's currently lunchtime, and despite sitting with Jimin and his friends everyday before hand, Chaewon didn't have to heart to reject Yeongsu when he asked to sit beside her. She swore that a few hard looks were sent in her direction as they walked towards the table together. Particularly from girls.
"Oh come on, please! You'll be better than me, and that's a start. I'll even pay you if you'd like."
"Fine," she gives in with little persuasion, rolling her eyes as she leans forward so that she's resting her elbows on the table. "But I don't expect you to pay. Friends don't need to pay for help."
"Oh, we're friends now, are we, Miss Kim?" Yeongsu questions with his signature smirk.
"I think so," she mumbles, slightly embarrassed. "If you want to be."
"Of course I do."

From: Jim
Hey can you come over?? I have something to show you
To: Jim
Sure, I'll be over in a minute
Jimin swings open the door after hearing a rhythmic sequence of knocks. He's greeted by a smiling Chaewon who's literally dressed in a set of pink, fluffy pyjamas and an uncoordinated pair of blue trainers.
"It's almost nine," Chaewon states. "Is everything OK?"
"Yeah, yeah, everything is fine. Come in, don't just stand outside." Jimin smiles warmly and opens the door wider, allowing her room to step inside.
"Where is your mom?" Chaewon asks as the pass the living area.
Jimin's dad works abroad the majority of the time, so Chaewon has never seen him. She hears a lot about him as a compromise, though.
"She's at some fancy restaurant with her work colleges. Celebrating the anniversary of the company of something."
"Sounds exciting," Chaewon smiles.
