Pool

I awake with Joshes arms rapped around me. I looked up at him and realize he hasn't woken up from his slumber. I gaze at his features, feeling butterflies as my eyes led to his lips. A memory had popped in my head, I pictured me and him, our lips touching. As I traced my eyes back to his eyes, I was shocked to see him staring at me with a smile on his face.

"Josh!" I gasped.

"Sorry, I didn't mean t-" I was stopped by the sound of his laugh.

"It's ok, you didn't do anything, I don't even know why your apologizing.."

I bit my lip, not noticing I did. He slowly leaned in for a kiss but was stopped my a noise coming from behind me.

*Ding*

I looked behind me and saw that I had received a text message. Josh freed me from his arms, I grabbed my phone to see multiple messages and miss calls from Kylie.

Kylie: Why?

Kylie: Kiana?!

Kylie: Hello!!!??

3 miss calls from Kylie

Kylie: pic up!

Kylie: KIANA!! Pic up your damn phone!!

I rolled my eyes and texted her back.

Kiana: Hey! Sorry, I fell asleep, and Bella wanted me to stay and hang out at her place, it got late and I decided to just stay here for the night. Don't worry, I'll be home at 1:00pm.

Kylie: Ok, see you later.

I put down my phone and faced Josh.

"Sorry..." I said as my cheeks turned red.

He smiled at me and continued where we left of. Our lips were about to meet until Violet interrupted.

"Get a room you guys!"

We paused and pushed away realizing that everyone was looking at us. Meghan let out a giggle which turned into a laugh. My face turned red as did Joshes.

Hours had passed, it was 10 in the morning, we spent the last 2 hours eating and binge watching episodes on Netflix.

"Who wants to go swimming?" Bella suggested.

Everyone gasped with excitement.

"I didn't bring a swim suit" I said.

"I got you" Bella said as she grabbed my hand and pulled me to her room.

"C'mon!" Violet followed with Meghan from behind.

Bella closed her bedroom door and took out different bathing suits for us to pic out. On her bed we're 3 different swim suits laid out, a two piece that was colored pink, another two piece colored green with sequences dangling from the sides, and a one piece, the color of the Sky. Meghan chose the pink swim suit as Violet took the green one, Bella grabbed her red two piece and ran in the closet to change along came Violet and Meghan, I figured that it would get crowded inside so I stayed in the room and began to change. I got out of my clothing and began to put on the swim suit. Right before the door opened, I had already slipped in the bathing suit before Josh walked in.

"What the HELL!" I screeched.

He looked at me with confusion, "What?"

"Why didn't you knock?!"

"I could have been naked!" I screamed.

Josh blushed and looked at me. I walked up to him and pushed him in a playful way.

"Lets go!" Said Meghan as the girl walked out of the closet, handing us towels.

We got out of the room and walked to the Bella's back yard where her pool was located. We sat out stuff down and before I got the chance to get in the pool, Frank had already jumped in, splashing water on Violet. She stood in shock for a while then jumped in and started chasing after Frank. Bella and Meghan joined in while I just sat down and watched.

"Why aren't you swimming with them?" Asked Josh.

"I just don't feel like it" I replied.

He then sat next to me and watched. We sat together waiting for a while until Josh got bored and decided to join everybody else while I stayed. I got a little bored to so I decided to dip my feet in the water. I continued to watch everyone play around, it was peaceful until I felt someone's hand pulling on my legs. I looked down to see who it was but before seeing their face, I was pulled in the water. The hands let go of my legs as soon as I was pulled in the water, I swam up to catch my breath, I looked around to see who pulled me down but only saw Violet, Meghan, Bella, and Frank hanging out at the other end of the pool. I felt breathing from my neck and turned around to see Josh, I gasped as soon as I saw him.

"Got you!" He giggled.

"That's not funny!" I whined as I splashed water in his face.

"It kind is" He smiled

"Did you see your reaction when you fell in the water!" He teased.

I scrunched my nose and splashed him once more. Later on, we got out of the pool and cleaned up. I grabbed my stuff once I hoped out of the shower and said goodbye to everyone. I told Kylie I would be back home at 1:00, I left a little early so I could be back home at the exact same time, considering that I had to walk all the way back.
