AN: Hey, yes I know I haven't updated in ages I actually have no excuse. But I thought, well its school holidays I should at least write some. I don't know how long this chapter is going to be and it may not be the best written. Sorry. I'd also like to say thanks to the people reading, although sometimes it can be demanding being told to: PLEASEUPDATEPLEASEUPDATEOMG I understand as I myself am a fan girl. Just maybe try to be less demanding, I'm also open to anything you want included or to happen in the story. I'm thinking of writing the reader POV in a dear diary kind of form, just up until you meet Leo. Tell me if you like this style.

Your Pov:Dear diary, lately I've really been feeling down. Like a part of me is missing, like I need someone or something to make me complete, to make me "y/f/n". This has really been contributing to my thoughts about my purpose in life. I mean, I just feel so useless, after I die I will have no impact on this world?. Am I supposed to stick with this basic routine of life? Getting up, going to work, going home and repeating. It's just so boring I feel like I'm meant to do something more, make the most of my life and fulfill the requirements needed for me to feel satisfied when I die.

You close your leather bound diary and put it on the shelf, giving it a little tap before walking away.

Walking to the kitchen for breakfast you suddenly remember how close you are to meeting your soul mate. You glance briefly at the timer on your wrist. 1 hour left."Stuff breakfast, I need to prepare my self" you exclaim.

You walk to the bathroom and splash your face with water. You brush your h/c coloured hair and style it into [Insert chosen hairstyle]. You spend little time preparing yourself physically (don't be dirty) and focus more on your metal and emotional state. Believing that your soul mate shouldn't be fooled with a crap tone of makeup and instead see your true inner beauty, and accept you as you.

You pop on your favorite play list and start mentally preparing yourself for the aspect of inviting someone new into your life."Shouldn't be that much of a change" you assure yourself, or so you thought.

You check your wrist again. It has come to the last half an hour, the realization suddenly hits you. Nervously sweating you check your wrist constantly. Your life about to change drastically. Whether it be for the better or worse.

In a panic, you attempt to at least make your shaggy apartment look reasonable. Shoving dirty clothes in random draws and places, chucking pizza boxes from gods knows when into the bin. A thought arises in your panicked state: "How the hell does this even work?!" "What's even gonna happen? Is he just gonna appear all of a sudden?" "Will we both be drawn to a certain place at the same time?"

15 minutes- God, what if he isn't even close to my age?

10 minutes- I don't feel anything happening. What am I supposed to do?

5 minutes- You know what y/n? this is just like meeting any other person. No different. I shouldn't feel panicked.

2 minutes- Stuff not feeling panicked

1 minute- Nothing is happening still, what do I do?

*boom* A metal dragon smashes through your penthouse window causing glass to fly in all directions, luckily you were stood back. The dragon looks badly damaged and 4 people are sitting atop, a tan skinned boy with dark luscious curls steps off the dragon coughing.

He walks towards you hand held out. This is the most confusing and "wth" moment of your life.

"Hi, you must be y/n. I'm Leo Valdez, nice to finally meet you"

A/N: Wow that was really crappy and short. Sorry. I'll try to make up for it by posting more regularly. They will probably be short like this but aayyyy at least im posting.
