FAIRY TAIL
Y/N and Sting stood outside of the Fairy Tail doors. She was breathing heavily as she saw the big wooden doors. "Are you okay?" Sting said looking at the girl. He grabbed her hand and squeezed it using his thumb to rub her hand.
"No, not really." She said smiling lightly at the boy. To be honest, she was freaking out, she was going to see her family who she lied to for most of her life then ran away from, to a go and fight her crazy mother.
"That's good, you wouldn't be human if you weren't." He said smiling at the words he chose.
"Sting, I'm not human," She laughed at him. "I bet you must feel so proud of yourself," She laughed again. "But thanks anyway, your really sweet Sting."
"You know you still owe me that date."
"What would the date prove?" She asked she had taken a step closer towards him looking up at his blue eyes.
"It would prove that I am worthy of your love, that I can look after you and protect you. If you would have me?"
She smiled. "Sting, I'm already yours."
His eyes widened and a grin spread on his face.
"Really?!" He yelled like a child. "Like we are boyfriend and girlfriend?!"
"Yes, baby, we are." She said as she put their lips tougher.
The kiss was small but full of passion. It wasn't the first time they had kissed but it was the first kiss that they shared that wasn't driven by lust.
It was pure.
Sting put his arms around her waist pulling her closer while she put her hands around his neck.
When they separated, Sting tried to pull her back for another kiss but she pulled away.
"Come on Sting, come and meet the family."
She breathed in as she pushed the big doors open, it was silent as she stepped into the guild. It had been a very long time, well it felt like a long time since she had been in the guild. It still looked the same but it felt different, tenser and quiet.
No one was laughing or taking, heck she was thinking some of them weren't breathing. That Fairy Tail vibe, that happiness, and recklessness was gone, that sense of family, gone and that sense of Family was the only this she needed right now.
She looked around the guild and saw that there were maps all over the floor, some of the country and some of the stars. They had been looking for her. She felt a sudden sense of happiness rush over her, knowing that her family had been looking for her the whole time made her happy. Then, a wave of guilt washed over her knowing that she was the reason they were all upset.
"Hi, guys, h-how's life?" She asked them all.
They were all looking at her in shock and relief.
Max was the closest to her, standing by the door, he looked at her for a moment before coming over the shock and calling out her name.
"Y/N!!" He yelled throwing his arms around her, pulling her into a hug. They weren't the best of friends but they were guild mates, they were family.
