A promise made for a life time, a match made since from the beginning, the one that has become two shall become one again, in the year of the Kaldragon shall the Premular star appear, when the star reaches its peak The Crimson Princess shall perform the ritual in the land of the unseen which will light the way to the beginning of a new era or the destruction of the old era.

All his life Kane Kalnazar have been told that he was meant to do great things, that it is a privilege to be a member the Kalnazar bloodline, he was told that when his time came the gift will be passed on onto him, but it was more of a curse than a gift, it all happened in a night like any other night, the moon hung brightly on the sky guarded by billions of stars as the winds blew endlessly spreading peace and harmony throughout the city, Kane left the noise and celebration downstairs and stood on the roof gazing at the stars he has always enjoyed the serenity that came with the night, this day was supposed to be that day he receives the gift, his father told him he will recognize the gift when he sees it, little by little an image formed itself in his gaze, he watches in awe as a red Chinese dragon covered in blinding light flew towards him thinking that the dragon will stop, he stood exactly where he was but the dragon never stopped instead it flew right into him, then the burn came Kane screamed in agony as markings engraved themselves all over his body and on his chest a tattoo of a dragon curled up with it mouth open, with deadly spikes as teeth, Kane watches as the pain subsides, but then the throbbing came with every hear beat the dragon felt alive on Kane's skin, moving around as it clawed bit, scratched. Kane dropped to his knees panting, praying that the ordeal was over but it wasn't, next came the scream wailing, the crying, blood, fire, death. Kane nearly vomited as the stench of death filled the air, he thought the screams will stop after a while but they never stopped they only subside.

"Is this truly a gift?" he thought to himself. Never has the dragon reacted to a vessel like that, maybe he was different but is this "difference" good or bad.
