Chapter 12 - A Change of Sides Within the Force

"Show your allegiance to your Master." Vader put a large, robotic hand on the girl's shoulder. "Use your anger, child, give into your hate."

"Yes... Master." Aliza said quietly with her head down. The girl slowly walked over to Kanan, who was barely conscious and still chained to the wall. Ezra was only a meter away from where Kanan was, looking horrified and scared.

"I'm sorry Kanan, I wasn't strong enough. Please forgive me for what I am about to do. I'm so sorry... I love you Ezra. Pleases don't look Ezzy. And please, forgive me..." she said to her brother before she swung the Lightsaber down. The room filled with the sound of yells rage and screams of pain.

Aliza couldn't do it, she wouldn't do it. She couldn't kill Kanan. She hatted killing people. But she would do what was necessary to save her brother. Aliza couldn't stand to be separated from Ezra again. Even if her brother couldn't stand to look at her again – she would do anything and everything to keep him safe.

Aliza let out a yell of rage as she held the Lightsaber in the air and channelled the force through it. She refused to use her rage, she would only do this out of the love within her heart. Aliza used the force to break apart the double-bladed weapon of death. Now, with one in each hand, she swiped down with the horrid blood-red Lightsabers. It was all for her brother and his family – his new family. The burning hot Lightsabers skimmed either side of Kanan's arms, cutting away the chains that held him to the wall.

"I'll never join you!" Aliza screamed at Vader and the Inquisitors as she pushed off the wall into a backflip, coming to land on top of the 5ht brother and 7th sister – but not before she swung her Lightsabers once more – slicing off the heads of both people that had attempted to train her and her brother in the ways of the Sith. "And I'll never give up on my brother! I'd go to Tartarus before I give into you!" Aliza yelled at Vader. The child was finding it quite difficult to control her rage right now, but she had to, for her brother.

"That can be arranged." Vader said coldly as he slowly and threateningly drew his Lightsaber. He walked the remaining few steps to Aliza, closing the gap, looking down upon her. He ignited his Lightsaber and held it to the side of the girl.

"Last chance. Surrender to me child, and I will protect you and train you. You can become great."

"The only thing I could ever become at your side, is a monster. An evil, deranged, messed up person with a warped view on the world! Just. Like. You!" Aliza said as she used the force to slam Vader against a wall.

"That was a mistake." Vader said in a low voice before he pounced of Aliza – attacking her with full force.

Aliza reversed her hold on her left Lightsaber into a revers grip just in time to block a brutal attack coming her way. There was so much strength behind the attack – even with duel Lightsabers, Aliza knew that she stood no hope fighting against him. She was lucky to catch the Inquisitors by surprise. But there would be no such luck while facing Vader. Why did she ever think that she could take him on. He's a SITH LORD! She's been training for a little over 3 months! How was she supposed to survive a fight with him, let alone win!?

Vader swung at her again. "You're weak! Alone! You are not wanted. Surrender."

"NOOOOOO!!!" Aliza screamed in rage and pain. "I'll never join you! I hate you! This is your fault! It's all your fault! You sentenced the galaxy to death!" Aliza was putting everything behind her attacks. Vader was easily stopping every swing that came her way.

"I will never join you! NEVER! You kill hundreds of innocent people! Children who never got to live! You have destroyed countless worlds! HOW! How could you do that?!" Aliza began crying as her attacks became more furious and unfocused as she screamed her heart and soul out at the unfeeling man in front of her.

"You have destroyed hundreds of families! Ruined thousands of lives! You and your glorious empire ruined our life! Because of YOU my parents ARE DEAD!! You SHATTERED OUR HOMES, OUR HEARTS, and you've TORN APART OUR GALAXY!!! WHY! WHY WOULD YOU ABANDON YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! WHY DID YOU WRECK SO MANY LIVES! WHY!" Aliza's eyes were a mix of brown and red. {Red - Anger/Hate, Brown – Revenge}

"WHAT were you planning to accomplish by doing this?!" Aliza was at the point of breaking down. Kanan and Ezra had both recovered at this point and were ready to help Aliza.

"AL!" Aliza heard her master call out to her. And in a lull in the fighting, Aliza spared a glance to her master and brother and understood what they were gonna do. She nodded her head and turned back to the fight – for the signal.

"NOW!" Kanan yelled as he, her brother and herself all force-pushed Vader at once. He hit his head against the cell wall and was momentarily unconscious.

And together, the 3 of them ran out of the cell and through the ship.
