Chapter 2

Jessica P.O.V

==4 hours later==

"I take it back, I don't feel like a slave, I am a slave." I say slightly annoyed to the tree I'm climbing. Mrs Winnow had me clean the whole house, do the washing for herself mr Winnow , Blake and Conner, their 2 sons, make breakfast, feed the dog Banjo and scrub the pool. They say I am their Daughter but I don't believe them cause of how the treat me compared to their sons.

Now it is quiet because Blake & Conner are at school, Mr and Mrs Winnow are at work so it's just me and Banjo. He is the only one in this family who cares about me, every night he will come up to the attic to sleep with me and wakes me up early so I don't get into trouble with my 'masters' and he just keeps me company during the day because I'm not aloud to go to school.

Hera P.O.V

Kanan's in the cod pit with me just as Ezra burst in saying that we need to stop in the Milky Way system on planned Earth. I glance at Kanan and he says

"Just do it." As soon as I emerge from hyperspace Ezra runs to his cabin.

"What's up with him?" I asked Kanan he says

"Probably something to do with his previous vision, or he's completely insane."

Jessica P.O.V

When all is silent I like to relax or meditate to take my mind of things and also to see objects move around my room, but that only works is i remain completely calm and focused. So I walk to my favourite spot in the attic with Banjo to my left, I sit down crosslegged, close my eyes and clear my mind.

Ezra P.O.V

As I enter my cabin I sit down and meditate, I concentrate on nothing in particular until I get a felling that seems vaguely familiar but I don't know where from, it feels like a sad but calm sensation. I run as fast as I can to the cod pit to direct Hera where to go. Hera said that Kanan, Chopper and I would have to take the Phantom so we don't alarm the locals.

Kanan P.O.V

Ezra Guides me to a Mansion in the middle of a big field. 
"I'll land here Ezra, Chopper stay here incase there's any trouble."

"Theres always trouble" Ezra mutterers and I answered back

"Always be ready for trouble, no matter how safe things seem." Ezra runs off and I hurry to catch him, as we enter, the door creaks loudly and echoes throughout the house.

"I don't think anyone is here Ezra." I said gently, but he insists that there was someone here. I close my eyes for a moment and felt the force pull me towards the attic, I opened my eyes and one glance from Ezra tells me that he felt it to.

"Could be a trap." Ezra whispers while grabbing his lightsaber but not igniting it and I do the same.

Jessica P.O.V

I hear movement downstairs so I hide under the bed, but once I was under there I feel a strange 'force' pulling at me but I resist it. What happens next is a blur of confusion.

Ezra P.O.V

I feel the 'force' pulling my towards the bed in the corner of the room, so I follow it, look under the bed and I see a Red and Aqua haired girl with big Purple eyes full of loss and sorrow.

***flash back/memory***

when I look under the couch I see my Red and Aqua haired sister with her big Purple eyes looking up at me trying to hold back a laugh, I pull her out and start to tickle her and she burst out laughing her tanned face turning red.

***end of flash back/memory***

I look at her for a moment then give her my hand and pull her out. She has a light blue blanket around her shoulders and very old and ripped clothes on.

Kanan P.O.V

What I see makes no sense to me, the girl Ezra pulls out of under the bed looks like an older version or the girl he had described to me from his vision. I decided to brake the silence.

"Im Kanan and this is Ezra." I say. I hear a very small voice reply

"Jessica."

"Sorry if we scared you Jessica, we were just... " my voice tailed off, I don't want to tell her that we were led here by Ezra's connection to the force.

"Ezra," I said, "can I talk to you outside."

Jessica P.O.V

I see the man and boy sit down outside and talk for a long time.

"I'm so lucky that the family is going out tonight, or I would be in a lot of trouble." I say to Banjo.

====9:14 pm====

I climb on to the roof, it's the only place I feel free. When I was younger, brother sing a song to me that he made up when I was sad, only we knew it. The song was about him always being right here for me and ever since then I have loved to sing to myself so I would never forget. I have also made up a song about being alone since I was left alone. I sing that song not knowing that Ezra is behind me.
