Chapter 6: A Surprise Date ?

It was early Saturday morning when Andrew left for their family's farm. They needed to check up on it and see if there were any problems. They will stay there for the entire day and get back home at Sunday afternoon. At 7:23 am Lilith woke up. She went to her bathroom and brushed her teeth, went down to the dining room and ate her breakfast. After She had ate her breakfast, She went back to her room. Their she took her time to read. As Andrew was away and Lilith was enjoying her time, Andrew and Lilith's friends did a get-together event. Where Andrew's friends suggested to Lilith's friends to set them both up for a date. Lilith's friends asked "Why did you guys have an idea like this ?. They don't even like each other" "Well I know you guys don't know this but Andrew actually likes Lilith. I could see them talk happily with each other each day. So I think we can do this !" said Andrew's friends. "Oh well we didn't know that. We will trust you guys, so what's the plan ?" replied Lilith's friends. "Our plan is that us boys will tell Andrew to go at this certain place, while you girls will tell Lilith to go to that certain place where Andrew will also be asked to go. We will tell them that it's a friends get-together and hopefully they will accept it. After that we will ask them to go there at 2pm. We won't actually go there, we will just fake it out. So when they both see each other either Andrew or Lilith could start the date !" said the boys. "Ok good plan ! We like it. Let's do it" said the girls. " We will carry it out tomorrow Sunday" said the boys. So the boys texted Andrew :

Boys: Hey Andrew we would like to invite you for a get-together tomorrow Sunday at 2pm. Let's meet at the park and wait for us at the bench near the clock

Andrew: Oh ok. I'll be going see you guys tomorrow

Then the boys jumped with joy for they had been successful. So then it was the girls' turn. So they texted Lilith and said :

Girls: Hi Lilith !

Lilith: Hi !

Girls: Hey Lilith we would like to invite you tomorrow Sunday at 2pm to have a girls get-together at the park. Please wait patiently at the bench near the clock.

Lilith: Ok, I'll be going then. See you guys tomorrow keep safe !

The girls also jumped with joy, for they too are successful. So they continued on with their plans. They did their polishes and they felt happy with their plan. They were very excited that they wished that it was already Sunday. They waited patiently until it was the next day.

The next day it was Sunday morning. Andrew went to church, so did Lilith. Andrew praised God and sang songs of worship to him. He enjoyed his time and after that he went home at 11:32 am. While Lilith did some biblical testimonies and praised God too. She had a lot of fun and went home at 12:17 pm. After that they both ate their lunches, brushed their teeth and had change of clothes. Lilith left their house at 1:24 and Andrew left their house at 1:37. So Lilith got their earlier and sat on the bench near the clock, reading her book and waiting patiently. As Andrew arrived there, He saw Lilith on the wooden bench. Her hair was blooming and She looked very pretty. As Andrew was drawing closer to Lilith, a strong wind blew. It blew of the beautiful flowers on the trees and saw it fall down. As the flowers fell down, Andrew had the best sighting in his life. The flowers were falling down on Lilith and her hair was being blown on by the wind. It seemed like a slow-motion movement to Andrew as he was amazed by her beauty. There was almost nothing that could compare to her. So then Andrew did get to Lilith and greeted her "Good Afternoon Lilith. You look very pretty and wonderful in that dress" said Andrew as he was blushing. "Oh thank you Andrew. I really appreciate it, you look handsome today too Andrew" said Lilith as her face was all red. In Andrew's mind a phrase kept repeating "She said I'm handsome !". As Andrew's face became more red, He said "Thank you Lilith" with a smooth voice. Then the both of them went into an awkward silence. After a while Andrew then spoke up and said "So what brings you here ?" "Oh my friends said we are going to have a hangout here at 2pm" replied Lilith. "Oh you too ! My friends also said the same thing to me. Speaking of 2pm it's already 2:27 and they haven't got here. Do you think they'll come ?" said Andrew. "Well seeing it from this view, I guess they're not coming anymore. Well if there not coming what should I do ?" replied Lilith. "Well if you want to, we can just hangout together." said Andrew with a tomato colored face. Lilith responded "Are you sure ? I mean this is the first time that I have ever heard this from you, so I am just very shocked." "Well only if you want too" said Andrew in a soft voice. "Well you know what I agree. Let's hangout together Andrew" replied Lilith. When Andrew had heard those words, he was so happy that he could faint. So then they went on together watching a movie, going to an arcade and eating at an Italian restaurant. Now as they were going home Lilith said to Andrew "You know what Andrew, it actually feels nice to be with you. I just experienced so much happiness and I would like for you and I to get to know each other more. I don't know why but after this I just really like spending time with you." "Lilith I feel the same way as you do. I really enjoy being with you." replied Andrew. "Well thank you Andrew and see you tomorrow" said Lilith. "Yeah bye Lilith see you, God Bless !" said Andrew. Then he whispered to himself "I'll miss you". When Andrew had reached his house he went straight to his room and said a thanks giving prayer to God. He thanked God for supporting and giving him strength always. After that prayer he fell asleep and he really enjoyed this day and wishes for it to happen again !
