To say my heart was beating fast, would be an understatement. It was going wild. I had sweaty palms and cold feet. My breathing became shallow and rapid, I could literally feel my pulse pounding in my temples.

I was brought out of my thoughts of running away from this situation when jimin put his hands on my shoulder. I looked up to see him worried.
"Leah? Is everything alright? You look like you're about to pass out." He asked me softly.
"I, its that-" I was stuttering and jimin kneeled down to my level and took my hand.
"What is it? You know you can always tell me".

I looked at his hazel honey eyes boring into mine.
"Everytime I get into a car, I am reminded of the dreadful night. The accident it just haunts me." I said to him in a trembling voice.

He kneeled down infront of me. "If you don't want to get in, I will never force you. I just wanted to take you out on a drive thats it." He said in his calm sweet voice.
I gulped calming myself down.
"Its not that I don't want to go. I want to, so bad. I don't want to live my life with fears. I have been doing that for a long time and I want to overcome my fears." I told him softly, to which he just took both of my hands in his and smiled.

"You're so strong, has anyone ever told you that?"
I looked right into his eyes feeling ten times better at his words already.

He continued. "If you want to overcome your fears, I would help you with that." He looked down at my hands. " There was this author I really liked back in the days. Its Katherine Paterson and she once said: 'To fear is one thing. To let fear grab you by the tail and swing you around is another.' So I want you to fight your fears from now on. But I promise you that you won't be alone in this, because I will be there with you through it.

As my gaze locked into his, I couldn't stop my self from feeling the warmth of his words staining right through me as he spoke. At that moment, I felt every bit of fear I had of facing the world alone leave. And thats exactly, the first time I felt the warmth of being home.

Jimin waved his hands over my face. "Earth to Leah" he frowns, "you zoned out again, were you listening?"

I smiled at him " yes I was. And I am ready, like you said I wont let the fears define who I am. I will fight this. And this will be my first step.

His eyes smiled as soon I said it. "Shall we?" he motioned towards the car.

He helped me get into the car. Since my wheelchair was a fold-in wheelchair, he could easily get it folded up and into the back of his car. I waited patiently inside the car still worried and my palms sweaty.
One thing I noticed as soon as I got into the car was, the familiar scent. It smelled just like jimin and I really liked it.

After setting everything up, Jimin got into the drivers seat and looked over to my side with an assuring smile. "Ready?".

I nodded my head in answer as I breathed out more nervous than ever.

He started the engine and drove.
I didn't realize I was holding on to the seat until I looked down.
I let go and looked because jimin was driving really carefully and I started to relax a bit more and breathe normally again.

"See you're doing so well" Jimin said after looking at me from the corner of his eyes.
I gave him a small smile because I wasn't completely doing well but this was a huge improvement. I looked out of the window to see trees passing by quick. Even if it rained heavily the last week, today was sunny and the sun streamed in like a flamboyant guest through the glass windows.
I smiled to myself feeling calm.

Jimin noticed how I was looking outside and he rolled down the windows and I felt the fresh air hit my face.

"Do you like it? Being out?" Jimin asked.
I looked back at him and he had his window rolled down as well and the wind making his hair fly exposing his forehead. "Yes, Its amazing. Thankyou for this Jimin".

He just nodded and continued driving and we reached a new area with more people and more vehicles.
I started to panic once again seeing so many cars passing by me. I started fumbling with my fingers which was a habit of mine, when I got nervous or stressed.

Jimin noticing this put a hand on my shoulder reassuring me that its fine over and over again until we arrived at a place where he stopped. It was a very old looking vintage library. It didn't look like, the place got a lot of visitors.

Jimin got off quick and set my wheelchair again before opening the door for me and helping me get on it.

"What is this place?" I asked him curiously.

"You'll see You'll see." Is all he replied, before pushing me into the old library. It had a lot of windows but mostly up on the roof, where golden rays shone through making the whole place look orange-brown and comfortable.

Even if the place was small it was still stacked with old shelves with dozens of books everywhere, even stacked everywhere on the floor. It literally looked like a maze of books.

I look around amazed by the place and loving the whole ambience.
Jimin was pushing my wheelchair and he goes to the back of the place where there was a big table and smaller ones at the other end.

Near the big table, two guys that was now familiar to me, sat. One was gazing out of the window with headsets on. He had dark brown hair and really soft but manly features to his face. I recognized him immediately as Jungkook, since I did research the other night.

And to his left, another guy with silver hair was sitting reading what looked like Moby Dick extremely focused with sharp eyes, which I also recognized immediately as Namjoon, the leader.

Even if I practically started knowing them since last night, it was still my first time being this close to people who are famous and it kind of intimidated me.
Don't even get me started on the visuals, both of them looked really good in pictures but I wasn't ready to acknowledge the fact they looked even better in real life.

Jimin moved around to face me. "Leah these are my friends my family out here, my group members. Jun-"
"Jungkook and Namjoon" I cut him out fast, sort of feeling proud of myself that I know now.

Namjoon closed his book and Jungkook also noticed me and took his headset off.
"Sorry, I looked them up and its interesting seeing them in real life now" I said scratching my head.

Jimin smiled again. "Alright. Jungkook and Namjoon hyung, this is Leah."

Namjoon stood up and reached to me ever so politely to shake my hands. If I am being honest I never remembered shaking hands with my friends when I first met them but now I wondered why we didn't cause it felt nice and polite. "Nice to meet you finally, Jimin won't stop talking about you"

Jungkook also got up but he comes around and leans to the table. "Thats right, I was curious about what kind of girl you would be, to have caught jimin hyung's eye here. Turns out she is pretty." He looked at jimin and back at me. "Nice to meet you."
Even if he talked smoothly I could easily see he was generally a shy person.
"Nice to meet you too jungkook".

And thats how I got to meet my new friends.

A/N: Jungkook and Namjoon everyone xD
