You wiped the tears from your cheeks as you frantically packed your bags. How could Tom do this to you?

Tom had been filming the new Spiderman film in New York. You had even moved to New York to be with him while the movie was shooting. However, recently Tom had been distant. You knew something wasn't right but you couldn't ask Tom about it because he was incommunicado due to shooting all of the time.
One day, you were watching a celebrity gossip TV show, when a report on Tom flashed on the screen. There was a video of Tom and Zendaya kissing in Central Park, and other pictures of them leaving swanky restaurants together. The title of the report was "TomDaya confirmed?".
You felt your heart break into pieces. Without hesitation, you ran to yours and Tom's bedroom. You took out suitcases and a box and started to throw all of your clothes and belongings into the boxes and suitcases.
When all of your stuff was packed up, you took the necklace that Tom had given you on your 1 year anniversary and left it on the kitchen counter with a letter.
You then booked a flight home to London with all of your stuff. And with that, you left NYC, TomDaya, and all of the celebrity drama behind. Even though you were heartbroken, you felt like a weight had been lifted off your shoulders.
TOM POV
I walked out of the lift and into the flat Y/N and I were renting in NYC. I opened the door and looked confusingly around. It was quiet. "Y/N" I called. "Y/N, are you here?" I called as I walked around the flat.
All of her stuff was gone. Her clothes, her makeup, photos, all of it. I was very puzzled at this stage. I spotted something on the kitchen counter and moved toward it.
I picked up the letter and read it. The necklace that I got for Y/N on our first anniversary was also there.
The letter said "Hi Tom, google TomDaya Confirmed and you'll understand everything. I'll always love you, but the same can't be said for you. Goodbye, Y/N"
I whipped out my phone and watched the Video. It had pictures of me and Z together in Central Park and leaving the restaurants and a hotel together. I admit I went on a few dates with Zendaya, but I didn't love her. I loved Y/N, and now I've lost her.
I fumbled into the bedroom and slid down the door. I had made a terrible mistake. The tears then started rolling down my cheeks. I placed my head in my hands.

I then called Haz ...
"Tom, is everything alright?" Harrison enquired.
"Shes gone Haz, Shes gone." I answered tearfully
