Dee went to Clayton County bc she knew that the murders couldn't have gone far and probably went somewhere the wouldn't get caught. Roscoe momma was super overprotective so she asked Dee to put a tracking device on. Dee never deleted it so when she got closer to Roscoe the tracking device guided her to him. Dee followed the car until they got to the hotel. Roscoe already knew that someone was following him. Manariah and Roscoe stayed in ClayCo since she was prego so she wouldn't get sick. Dee went up to their room and caught them by surprise.
