After College Life (Camila/you/Dinah)

Chapter 26

*3 months pass*

Your Pov:
   I got up and did the same thing I did for the pass few months. I went into Jake's room and I saw him already putting his shoes on. "You ready J" I asked him and he nodded and I sighed as Jake walked out of his room. I got my keys and I saw Camila asleep on the couch once again, I just shook my head and I grabbed Jakes hand and we walked to my car and I put him into his car seat. I got in the drivers seat and I turned my car on and I backed out of the drive way and drove to Dinah's house.

Once we got to her house I parked my car and I got out and unbuckled Jake and he smiled and ran to the door and started knocking on the door and ringing the bell. I smiled as Dinah walked over to me with Jake in her arms. I closed the door to my car and then I locked it. "Where's Josie?" I asked Dinah and she looked in the house. "She's getting ready for school right now" Dinah said and I nodded. We went inside and I saw my daughter running to me. I kneeled down and picked her up while smiling "Morning princess are you ready to go to school" she nodded and Dinah called her over so she could do Josie's hair. It was like this everyday, I would come over early with Jake and we would spend together until I had to take Josie to school then I went to work leaving Jake with Dinah.

After we all ate breakfast, I got my keys and I got Josie's backpack. I hugged Jake and when the kids left the room I hugged Dinah and kissed her cheek. "You honestly are a blessing, especially with everything happening right now at the house" I said giving her a sad smile and she smiled "I tell you this everyday and I will again, if you need to think about things and you don't feel comfortable, you will always be welcomed here, you and Jake" She said and I smiled at her words. "Thanks Dinah I really appreciate everything you're doing for me and Jake" I said and she smiled and she put her arms around my neck and I looked deep into her eyes, the ones I once loved, no the ones I still love. I felt her getting closer and I licked my lips and looked down to her lips and I leaned in more. We were about to kiss until we heard little footsteps come towards us making us let go of each other. We both looked at the doorway and Josie smiled at me "Come on Daddy we don't want to be late" she said and I nodded and I quickly kissed Dinah's cheek and I left with Josie.

After I dropped Josie off, I went straight to work and I was greeted by everyone. I went inside my office and sat down and the door opened revealing Arnny. I smiled and got up to give him a hug, we both sat down and his smile turned into a frown. "What's up with Camila?" he asked me and I shrugged. "She's always coming home drunk again" I said and he rubbed his temple "then why don't you arrest her" he suggested and I shook my head. "No I want Jake to still be able to his mom" I said and he sighed. "Sure if seeing your mother on the couch passed out smelling like alcohol counts, look I know Camila's my cousin but I don't want Jake to see his mother like this, so if I were you I would at least let Jake stay with Dinah throughout the week and you could talk some sense into Camila, if you don't I will and I'm going to tell her the harsh truth because I don't want to see my nephew have his family teared apart but if Dinah was more of a mother to him them Camila then I would let it happen" he said and I groaned "Even if that happens do you really think I would be able to be with someone else" I said and he laughed "Y/n I know deep down inside you still love Dinah and she obviously still loves you so if I were you I would not only think about myself but Jake too" he said and I sighed while rubbing my temples. "Look I have to go but just know that no matter what I will support your decision" he said then he closed the door to my office.

After work I picked up Josie and dropped her and told Dinah I had a meeting in 20 minutes when in reality I need to leave somewhere quiet and think. I drove onto the rocky road and I drove for another 10 minutes before I parked. I took off my blazer and put it in the passenger seat, I took off my tie setting it in the passenger seat also and then I rolled up the sleeves of my white button shirt. I unbutton the first three buttons so the wind could hit my chest. I sat on big clean rock and then looked into the distance and thought about how it would be to spend the rest of my life with one of them and have a few more children. I let out a few tears thinking about not having one of them in my life. I have to do what is best for me and both of my kids. I sent Dinah a txt saying I was going to be out for a few more minutes before heading home.

The ending is coming soon... also when I post the endings it will be Dinah and Camila at the same time so you can read the ending you want or both. I was listening to a sad song towards the end so sorry if it was sad and shit but as always...
