04 - show my true colors

Jungkook P.O.V
The rumours finally died down, (y/n) started to ignore me even more now, she said she didn't want anything to do with me. I didn't blame her, all the trouble she went through just because of me...

That's when I see her walk past the corridor, only her back, her hair bouncing up and down every time she took a step.

"Y/n!" I cry out, she turns around, I realise then and only then how beautiful she really was, Her eyes fluttered as we made eye contact, mesmerised by her beauty as she walked closer and closer towards me.

"Hi, Jungkook" she greeted me with a slight smile on her face.

(Y/n P.O.V)
It was the day I finally can ask him the big question that has been in my mind for so long.

"I-I need to ask you something" I stutter, hope sparks in his eyes. I come closer to his ear to whisper something I've been hiding for so long. I feel heat radiate from his bright red cheeks.

"I like Yoongi" I whisper, instantly regretting what I just told him.

Jungkook P.O.V
"I like Yoongi" The sentence replayed in my mind, over and over.

I felt... betrayed. I don't even know why, it wasn't like we were a 'thing' but I felt like she was going to confess her love for me...

she smiles and says "I have Chem now, but I'll see you at Lunch" she turns away and starts walking in the oppisite direction.

Y/n P.O.V

It felt good to finally say that to someone, I couldn't help but smile, I want to shout it out that I like Yoongi, he's reserved but caring, he seems cold-hearted but has the smile of an angel. There are so many aspects of him that I love, I also felt that I could trust Jungkook more every day we spoke. He seems to be more than what I assumed him to be like.

Time skip

I heard the bell ring it was finally lunch, I made my way to the canteen, I smiled as I saw the table of boys, I got Hoseok's attention he ushers me to sit with them this was basically the first time being with all  of them at the same time, it was weird but I'm not going to lie I kinda liked being with them, It made me feel calm and relaxed.

I realised that Yoongi wasn't there my heart kind of sank, I guessed he was in the Libary studying still he said he was stressed with the exams coming up soon I heard that the English test was supposed to be quite difficult.

"Where's Yoongi" I squeaked in curiousity.

"He must be studying" Taehyung answered since most of the boys didn't hear what I said because I talk so quietly.

"I see that's what I thought" I say looking down at my Kimchi, I start to eat when Yoongi bursts through the canteen doors (Seriously what's the problem with everyone bursting through the canteen doors).

It grabs everyones attention. He storms towards Hye Ra's table, she looks up with a worried expression but she looks as if she's trying to control herself.

"Why have you been spreading rumours about y/n liking me?!" He questions angrily.

"They're not rumours they're the truth, so now she can leave me and Jungkook alone." She smiles.

That's when the intercom is inturrupted and then plays a recording of me

"I need to ask you something" I hear my voice stuttering in the intercom... a short break and then you hear me whisper loudly "I like Yoongi" then the intercom went back to normal playing really quiet music. The whole canteen was silent It was as if I could feel hundreds of eyes looking at me but the ones that were the most conscious were Yoongi's.

I could sense that my eyes were tearing up already. But I stopped myself from crying because that's what she wanted to see from me, to see me suffer, well I've suffered long enough.

I stood up out of my chair I felt everyones stare at each foot step I took towards Hye Ra. She scoffed as I reached the table she was sitting at whilst Yoongi was standing next to it.

"What are you gonna do? Huh? Cry getting the attention you want from Jungkookie and Yoongi" She snarled at me. She stands up acting as if she owns me, thats when I turn to her and I slap her square in the face, something I've been waiting to do ever since I had met her.

Then I turn to Yoongi and pull his blazer towards met so his face is at the same level as mine, and I kiss him.

I can sense everyone is in shock, but I don't care I'm here to show my true colors.

Jungkook P.O.V

Everyone is in shock after Y/n slaps Hye Ra, I knew secretly every girl had wished to do that to her, even some guys including me, she needed a reality check and fast, the world doesn't revolve around her, but the next thing y/n does is completely unexpected, she turns and completely snogs Yoongi's face off, you could definately guess that was her first kiss.

I could hear some whooping from guys, mainly Hoseok, He's always so loud.

The way y/n kissed Yoongi made me jealous, even though it was sloopy and extremely cringeworthy to watch, I wanted her to kiss me like that.

I think I've fallen for her...
