Two weeks later, Arthur found out that he was doing a very good job of being a father. He called Kate Middelton (Duchess of Cambridge) and asked her for advice. The duchess was more than happy to help Arthur with the basics of parenting (changing diapers, bathing, bottle feeding, responding to cries, etc) and she also loaned him some parenting books she owned. Thanks to the duchess, Arthur was able to take good care of his daughter.
After he fed Victoria a bottle of baby formula and burped her, she fell asleep. Arthur was very relieved. He thought that she would never fall asleep. Victoria woke up at three in the morning, crying because of a soiled diaper. Arthur changed her and then she didn't want to go back to sleep. She wasn't hungry and Arthur did everything he learned to try and get Victoria to fall asleep. However, none of the techniques worked and Victoria stayed awake. Later, Arthur tried feeding Victoria again and she fell asleep after having a bottle.
Arthur's phone went off and he glanced at the screen. It was a reminder telling him that the World Conference was in two hours. During the two weeks with Victoria, Arthur and the British government managed to arrange the World Conference so it was held in London instead of Beijing. He did not want to get on a plane and have Victoria crying throughout the entire flight. None of the other passengers would enjoy that.
Arthur went upstairs with Victoria to Victoria's nursery to get her dressed for the day. He entered the nursery and grabbed a onesie from the dresser and carefully laid Victoria down on the changing table. Victoria woke up and squinted at her father.
"Daddy's going to get you dressed, princess," Arthur whispered to Victoria. "We have quite a busy day ahead of us."
As he took off Victoria's onesie, he started singing to keep his daughter calm. He discovered during the first week that if he sang while changing Victoria's diaper or clothes, then she wouldn't cry.
I guess she likes the sound of my voice, Arthur decided.
"Hey, Jude," he softly sang as he unbuttoned Victoria's onesie. "Don't make it bad. Take a sad song and make it better."
Victoria didn't cry and she looked at Arthur as he continued to sing.
Once Victoria was all dressed up and Arthur finished singing, Arthur kissed Victoria's cheek and picked her up. He carried her into the foyer where the car seat was, along with the diaper bag. Victoria fell asleep after Arthur buckled her into her car seat and made sure she was comfy.
Arthur hurried upstairs to grab his briefcase. Once he had that, he slung the diaper bag over his shoulder and picked up the car seat with one hand while he held his briefcase in the other.
Okay, Arthur thought. Let's see how this goes.

Maids and butlers turned their heads to look at the Englishman carrying a car seat with a baby, a bright pink diaper bag, and a briefcase. Luckily, the servants saw how embarrassed Arthur was, so they spared him the embarrassment and didn't say anything. They just nodded hello and pretended they didn't see the baby and the diaper bag. When Arthur arrived in the conference room, he was greeted by the typical chaos. Ludwig was yelling at Feliciano who kept bothering Romano, who was also being bothered by Antonio.
"I'm surprised you can sleep through this, princess." he said to Victoria, who was fast asleep in her car seat.
Arthur smiled at his sleeping daughter and went to put the car seat and everything else on a wooden table that was against the wall. He didn't want to go to the conference table because he didn't want anyone to mess with the car seat or the diaper bag (No idea what anyone would want in a diaper bag).
