Sasuke can get jealous, but he never really shows it. He only gets jealous if another guy is flirting with you, or your paying attention to someone else instead of him.
Neji-

Neji can surprisingly get very jealous at times. When your training and another guy is watching you, he'll calmly walk over to them and punch them away. When you ask where they went, he'll just say that they left.
Kiba-

Kiba is like a puppy. He loves having your attention and when he doesn't have it, he'll be jealous of whatever is taking your attention away from him.
Shikamaru-

Shikamaru doesn't really get jealous that often, even if our talking with another guy. This is mostly because he trusts you a lot. The only time he'd interfere is if you in an were obviously uncomfortable situation.
Gaara-

Gaara doesn't really know what jealously is, because he's never experienced that feeling before. His brother and sister had to explain to his what it was when he got a weird feeling seeing you with another guy. Since he's realized what it is, he'll sometimes get jealous, but not very often.
Kakashi-

Kakashi gets jealous pretty frequently. Especially if it's Guy you're talking to. If your talking to another man, then he'll simple wrap his arms around you from behind, sending a signal that your his. But, if your talking to Guy, then he'll come up behind you and pick you up, then jump away with you in his arms screaming at him.
Shino-

Shino is much like Shikamaru, in which he trusts you a lot and doesn't get worried or jealous unless your in trouble or uncomfortable.
Lee-

Lee gets jealous over EVERYTHING! If you're just looking at someone else, wither is be a boy or girl, he'll get extremely jealous.
Shisui-
50%
Shisui won't get jealous if you're hanging out with another girl, but if you're with another guy, then he'll get jealous. But he does trust you enough to know you wouldn't do anything.
(Sorry if Shisui was bad. I have never watched his character, so I don't know anything about him.)
