Shikamaru was walking down the street when he heard something.
"Let me go!" He heard a girl scream.
He ran over and saw a girl being held down by some men.
He was about to intervene, but she elbowed one and kicked the other.
She easily defeated the men.
She turned around and looked him in the eyes.
"I guess you didn't need my help," Shikamaru said.
She smiled and laughed slightly. "Nope. I can take care of myself." She said.
He chuckled. "I can see that. I'm Shikamaru."
She nodded and smiled.
"Y/n."
*Time Skip to 2 Years Later*
*Y/n's POV*
I yelped as I felt arms wrap around my waist from behind.
"Hey N/n." A lazy voice said as they put their chin on my shoulder. (N/n means nickname.)
I sighed. "Don't do that Shika." I said and turned my head to look him in the eyes.
He chuckled and kissed me softly. "Sorry."
