I slammed my hand down on my alarm clock as it played my favorite song black out by breathe Carolina. it was Saturday morning and also the first day of summer, which means I get to lay around for almost two months! But I'm sure once I get comfy my friends will probably want to drag me to the mall or something. Oh joy...

Just as I was getting ready to go back to sleep something or in this case someone jumped on me. "Come on get up get up get up get up teddy!" Jack said as he pulled my warm fluffy batman blanket off of me.

"But I don't wanna! Teddy is cold and doesn't want to be awake!" I try to grab my blanket but end up turning Jack into my new pillow.

He chuckled, "well then I'll guess I will tell Marian that you said I can have your chocolate chip pancakes..." At the sound of pancakes I was up and running down the stairs before he could say anything else.

Halfway down the stairs I trip on absolutely nothing and fall on my bum at the bottom of the steps. "I'm such a fucking klutz..." I mumble as I stand up and wipe off imaginary dust.

I walk into the kitchen to see Marian finishing up the last of the pancakes. "Did you fall down the stairs again Ellie?" she asked with a smile on her face.

"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't, you'll never know!" I exclaimed and I sat down at the bar and pulled out my phone seeing a text from one of my best friends Andy, "I wonder what he's doing up so early." I think aloud as I unlock my phone and read the text.

'Hey girly, I know you're probably wondering why I am up before lunch time on a Saturday. Well stop wondering 'cause I'm gonna tell you! Evan is gonna take us to the new anime store at the mall and he said if we don't get kicked out we can go to hot topic! Anywhore hope you slept well ;* love ya girly <3'

"HELL YES! LEXI!!!!!" I yelled running back upstairs into my niece's room and jumping on her bed.

She groaned and pushed me off, "what time is it?!" I laughed at how messy her hair was when she sat up.

"I have no idea Jack woke me up and said there's pancakes and I was gonna ask if you wanted to go to the mall with me and Andy."

She raised an eyebrow, "have you forgotten that Jack barely likes us near boys that aren't him?"

I rolled my eyes at her. "Yes, I know that but it's not like he needs to know. If Marian says we can then we'll be fine!" I reassured her.

She rolls out of bed and walks over to her closet. "Alright, but if we get busted I blame you! Now get out of my room so I can change you weirdo."

"I love you too!" I yell as I run back down stairs without tripping and sit at the end of the table where my chocolate chip pancakes await their doom! And this is why I'm single I think to myself as Gray and Mimi come downstairs looking like zombies.

I giggle as they sit down in their spots and lay their heads down on the table "Well aren't you two just alive and looking fabulous today?"

Mimi just groaned and held his head, Gray on the other hand shot up and yelled "And you smell!"

Just as I was about to say anything, Jack came running into the room screaming, "HIDE MY TEDDY! PROTECT ME WITH YOUR FLUFFINESS!" He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.

"What the hell are you talking about Jack? If you pissed off Marian again, I can't really protect you with my 'fluffiness' you weirdo..."

He scoffed like the white girl he is and said, "I haven't pissed her off yet!" he exclaimed.

I wiggled off of his shoulder and sat down, then pulled out the chair next to me patting it, "sit and tell Teddy what happened." He gave me a look but still sat down and mumbled, "stalkers.....stalkers everywhere....."

Lexi finally came downstairs and perfect timing for my sake 'cause I don't really feel like dealing with Jack's problems when I have a perfectly good plate of warm, gooey, delicious chocolate chip pancakes! Hell my mouth is watering at just the thought of them....

"What hap-" I presume Lexi was going to ask what's up with jack but we all got distracted as Marian set down the last plate of pancakes and bacon, she laughed at our expressions as we looked at all the amazing food she made.

"Lexi, Ellie, would you like to help make the eggs?" We both nodded eagerly and walked into the kitchen with her. When we walked in Delta was in there getting all the toppings and other things for the pancakes, I walked over to her and helped her grab the rest along with the shit load of stuff Jack likes to put on his.

"It amazes we aren't all over weight with the shit we eat most of the time." She said as we walked back into the dining room and set everything down on the table.

"Did you get my to-" Jack began saying.

I cut him off, "yes of course I got your shit Jack! What kind of sister would I be if I forgot?"

He smiled and grabbed his toppings."You would be a horrible little sister and I would no longer give you hugs!"

I rolled my eyes and replied sarcastically. "Oh yea? 'cause I would miss hugging you while you're in nothing but boxers." Lexi spoke up from her seat just a few seats down from mine "Oh yea Jack, she would be heart broken to have her face in your g-cup moobs!"

He glared at her, "say that again." He dared her.

Lexi grinned evilly and repeated, "I said you have g-cup moobs!"

He stood up and said very seriously, "run."

She screamed and ran as he got close to her spot. I face palmed knowing how this will end.

Marian walked into the room with the eggs and a confused look on her face as she watched Jack chase Lexi around the table, she set the eggs down next to me and just as Jack was passing by her, she stuck her foot out and he tripped.

"Sit and eat your pancakes. You aren't five you're 16!" She scolded, Jack pouted but sat back in his seat and started to cover his pancakes in whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Lexi sat down as well and continued eating her pancakes. Marian and Delta sat down, too and we all ate our breakfast in peace. Well except Mimi and Gray...I think they might be dealing with a hang over...
