Chapter 5- Pond of Emotions:
世界- Do you have a friend that suffers from bullying and emotional termoil? If you do, then I'd like you to read over this. If you don't it'd be a new perspective to learn. I'd first like you to imagine a pond in your mind. Not even a pond if you wish. Even just a small river or any body of water. Now, think of a cherry tree right above the water. It's petals flutter down and kiss the top of the water gently. Then imagine a dove flying by and one of its pure feathers are let loose and land beside the pink cherry tree petal. Suddenly, a child tosses a rock into the water. It lands over the petals and feather, Weighing them down and sinking to the bottom.
Think of the water like a human's body. A human's body is made up of a lot of water. Their friend's compliments act as the gentle soothing petals. Thoughtful gestures represent the dove's petal.
Hateful comments and harsh pushes and shoves are the jagged rocks, pebbles, and boulders.
The person can't help but let the heavy, hurtful things slip in and seep into their dark depths while the love settles at the top.

Take this with a grain of salt. Often, peoples love overrules petty insults but some people are unstable and perhaps sensitive allowing these boulders into their water.
