Ok, so this is just a word of advice. The fish you buy in the store is often loaded with parasites that can cause harm. The only way to kill them so you don't get infected is by properly cooking your fish or freezing it before you eat it if you eat it raw.
Parasites are just a part of the natural order of things so chances are 90% of the meat you eat including stuff other than fish could be harboring parasitic organisms. And if you eat something that isn't cooked properly you can get those parasites.
I was reminded of this by what I found in my salmon:
See that little thing that looks like a noodle off to the side? Well, I'm pretty sure it's a WORM!!! If the meat hadn't been cooked properly chances are I could have ingested a couple of those little guys, and they'd have made their home in my already sensitive digestive tract.
This is why you COOK YOUR MEAT people!!!
And don't overdose on nutmeg either.
