It's been a few weeks since Jax and Tara have reconciled and things are going great for them. Jax has finally gotten the club away from guns so now they're focused on Diosa, Colette's place, Cara Cara, and Red Woody (new porn industry). Tara isn't too happy that the club is focused on girls now but she figures it's better than worrying if her husband is going to be dead somewhere or in jail again. Things are also looking up for Tara because Margaret Murphy thinks she can find a way to get her job back at St. Thomas.

Tara is sitting in her old office, reading over some things, when Margaret walks in. Margaret smiles at Tara as she says, "I have some great news, Tara. I talked to the hospital board and they agreed that you can have your job back when your hand is fully healed. They thought about it and realized that you were one of the best surgeons we have had here and that it would be foolish of them to not want you here with us." Tara smiles, widely, and gets up to hug Margaret. "Oh my god! Thank you so much. For everything you've done for me." Margaret pulls away and smiles. "You've earned it." Just then a wave of nausea hits Tara. She darts for the bathroom in her office and wretches into the toilet. Margaret rushes over to Tara and pulls the hair out of her face. "Are you alright?" Tara stands up and wipes her mouth. "I'm fine." Margaret doesn't look so sure. "Are you sure?" Tara nods her head. "Yeah. Thanks again for the good news. I'll talk to you later?" Margaret just nods her head at Tara and leaves. Tara sits down in her chair with a sigh. She then looks at the calendar in her phone and realizes that her period is late. Very late. She gasps and runs her hand through her hair.

Tara walks into her and Jax's house. She goes into their bedroom and pulls the item out of the bag. She just stares at the pregnancy test and is about to open it when she thinks about Jax. She remembers his promise. I promise I'll never miss anything like this again. She hesitates before she takes her phone out and dials Jax's number. She waits for him to answer but he never does.

"I don't care mom! That junkie is not getting anywhere near Abel!" Jax and Gemma have been going at it for an hour already. Gemma sighs. "She is sober now, Jax. I think seeing Abel will help her even more." Jax glares at his mother. "No! That is never going to happen! Tara is his mother and he will never call anyone but her mommy." Gemma sighs but nods her head. "Ok, Jackson. When can I see my grandsons?" Jax turns to her before he leaves. "I'll talk to Tara." He never hears his phone ring when he's arguing with his mother and when he gets on his bike.

Tara walks into Scoops where she sees Bobby. Bobby walks up to her. "Hey, sweetheart." Tara smiles, kindly, at him. "Hey, Bobby. Is Jax around?" Bobby says, "He should be back soon. What's going on?" Tara shakes her head. "Nothing's wrong. I just really need to see him." Bobby is about to respond when Opie comes from behind Tara and wraps his arms around her and spins her around. This movement makes her nauseous so she ends up puking in the bushes. Opie and Bobby look at her in disgust. Tara glares at them. Opie hesitates before asking, "Are you pregnant, Tara?" Tara looks up at him. "I don't know yet. That's why I need Jax. So we can do this together. He promised that he'd be there for everything this time so I didn't want to do this without him." Opie takes his phone out. Tara rolls her eyes. "I already tried calling him. He didn't answer." Opie gives her a smug smile. "Hey, brother." Tara grumbles, "Well, of course he answers you." Bobby laughs at that and puts his arm around Tara. "C'mon darlin', let's go inside and wait for your husband." Tara leans her head on Bobby's shoulder as he leads her inside, listening to Opie's conversation with Jax.

A few minutes later, Jax comes walking into Scoops. He goes over to Tara. "Hey, babe. Sorry I didn't answer. I got into it with my mother." Tara looks worriedly at him. "What happened?" Jax sits down next to her. "She's pushing for Abel to see Wendy. I straightened it out. Wendy is not getting anywhere near our family." Tara let's out a breath she didn't know she was holding. "Ok. I just don't know what I was thinking when I was pushing for Wendy to be the boys' legal guardian. The last time I saw her she was high as a kite." Jax just shakes his head and then remembers why they're here. "Hey, Opie said you need to see me?" Tara smiles. "Yeah. I just didn't want to do this without you." Knowing this is a private conversation, Jax stands up and takes Tara's hand. He leads her up to where his club holds church. He sits in his chair and pulls her down in his lap. Tara pulls something out of her purse and Jax smirks up at her. "Really?" Tara smiles. "I think so. I was feeling nauseous all day today and I missed my period. I just didn't want to do this without you." Jax opens the pregnancy test and hands it back to Tara. "There's a bathroom right over there, babe. Go do your thing and I'll be right here waiting." Tara goes into the bathroom and then a minute later, she comes walking back out with the stick. She starts the timer on her phone.

Five minutes later, the timer goes off. Jax and Tara, both, look at the test. Jax smiles, widely, and Tara smiles with tears in her eyes. They both look at each other. Tara finally breaks the silence. "I'm pregnant."
