Part 17

Kurt's POV

A couple of days after the funeral Blaine's mum went away for the rest of the summer and Blaine moved into our guest bedroom. Dad and Carole didn't want us sharing a room for two months. Unfair right?

Freya and her girlfriend Hana came round to the house about a week after Blaine had moved in for a night of movies and fun. This was the first time I had ever properly met Hana. Like Freya she was really pretty. Unlike Freya she had the darkest long black hair ever imaginable. She had green eyes, she was skinny and really tall and was really nice. She's 21 and is a maths student at Lima university.

"So guys, when are we doing this New York trip?" Freya asks.

"We should totally go!" Hana laughs. "I'm 21, Freya's 19, Kurt is nearly 18 and Blainers is 17 so were all old enough!"

"We would need to ask my dad and Carole." I say. "But when would we go?"

"Start of next month?" Freya suggest. "I'll pay for gas and the hotel, you guys just nee to get the wicked tickets!"

"Do you have enough money Freya?" Blaine asks.

"Of course I do, dad gives me loads for doing absolutely nothing in the store. It's amazing!" She laughs.

"We'll ask my dad tonight!" I say taking Blaine's hand in mine. "Together." I smile.

Later that night after Freya and Hana left me and Blaine went to go and speak to my dad about going to New York.

"Dad it's so amazing! And Blaine didn't get to go when we went to Nationals and he has never seen wicked!" I plead with my father.

"Who's paying for it?" Dad asked.

"Freya, she's driving us there, paying for gas, hotel everything basically!" I explains and then go into a detailed argument of every possible danger and how we would over come it. Eventually dad gives in.

"Fine you can go, both of you. But you owe me one!" He says. As soon as he agrees to let us go we hug and jump up and done and scream with excitement. Them we run up the stairs like children and phone Freya.

"Oh my goodness!! I'm going to start looking for hotels and book our wicked tickets and wicked museum tour tickets and plan a very organised schedule of when we will have time to shop and sleep and have sex with our partners." She pauses and we all burst our laughing at Freya's craziness. We then leave her to plan our trip as she begins to get very excited.

The summer which we thought was going to be great which then turned out to bad is now turning out to be good again. This actually could be the greatest summer of my life!
