Morning After

When we woke up the next morning, we got ready for school. I put on a long dressy black shirt and some black and white checkered leggings. I curled my hair and pulled my bangs back. I put my make-up on and got my school stuff together. 

"You look beautiful as always..." Jake smiled. I smiled back and blushed. He turned me around and kissed me gently on the lips.

"What do you want for breakfast?" I asked him. "We have poptarts, Cap'n Crunch, pancakes... etc..."

"I'll just take a poptart." He said. He was brushing his teeth. "Thank you."

After we ate we got in his truck and went to school. When we pulled up in the parking lot, he jumped out of the truck and came to my side of the truck and pulled me out. He wrapped his arm around me and lead me through the doors of the school. As soon as we walked through the doors, people started talking. They whispered and whispered. At the end of the hall I saw Kolbi, Kristin, and Jessica standing there. Krisrin and Kolbi were ecstatic. Jessica on the other hand, was furious. She didnt show it, but I had spent enough time with her to know when shes pissed.

"AHHHHHHHH!!!!" Kolbi and Kristin screamed. "I cant believe it!" they were freaking out. Jessica was over there smacking on her chewing gum and rolling her eyes. But even though she was pissed, I still love her to death.

"Guys chill out!" I said, kind of embarrassed.We walked off to Biology and listened to another one of Mr. Modlin's boring lectures about being late to class. I looked at Jake and he passed me a slip of paper. I opened it,

'You wanna stay at my place tonight?"

I got my pencil and wrote back:

'I can't... I gotta go to Kristin's party.'

I passed the note back to him and he passed it back:

'Alright babe... what about tomorrow night?'

Mr. Modlin was looking at us so I covered up the note and nodded my head at him, saying 'yes'. When I did that, he got a big smile on his face.

After Biology, we went to lunch. I sat down and Kolbi, Kristin, and Jessica were at my table. As soon as i sat, Jessica left.

"What's her problem?" I asked Kristin. 

"You. She has been talking about you non-stop. " she said.

"What did I do?" i asked. She shifted her eyes to Jake. "Seriously?! Shes mad at me because I got Jake? She can get her a life."

And then we left and finished with school.
