It's Not What You Think

Tori was walking to her locker when she heard something fall in the janitor's closet, she looked over a bit spooked, but then she turned her attention back to her theather history book.

She heard giggling and looked over again, her curiosity piqued, then she walked over and opened the door. When she saw the back of Beck she knew he had to be with Jade and got scared, but before she could close the door again she saw red.

It was just a flash, but she saw red hair and Jade doesn't have red hair.

"Cat?!" Tori yelled making the couple break apart.

Cat bit her lip nervously and Beck spun around.

"Tori! It's not what it looks like." He tried.

Tori crossed her arms. "Well, that's good because it looks like you're cheating on Jade!"

"No! No, I'm not! I-"

"Are you two rehersing for a play?... In the closet?" She asked in a disbelieving tone. "Look I might be scared of Jade, but I will go get her! Hoping she doesn't kill the messenger!"

Beck freaked. "No! No, please! We're not rehearsing, but I'm not- I-I would never- I lo-"

"He's cheating on me!" Cat finally yelled out shocking Tori.

"Wh-What?" Tori asked with wide eyes.

Beck hung his head. "It's true." He sighed. "Actually I'm, uh, I'm dating Cat."

Cat huffed. "And?!"

Beck blew out a breath. "And Jade. Both of them."

Cat flipped her hair back over her shoulder. "But he was dating me first."

Beck turned and pouted. "I'm sorry. I keep saying that. I didn't mean to hurt you. I love you, Cat."

Cat scoffed. "Stop it. I'm not the one you love so don't say that to me!"

Beck sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I'm sorry, uh, babe, I just- I'm so sorry."

"I know." Cat sighed and walked up to him. Beck looked down in shame. "I know you are. Whatever, it's fine. I love you too." She lifted his head and kissed his lips. "Okay?"

He nodded. "Okay, um, I should go, uh, find Jade."

Cat sighed. "Yeah, you should. Tell her I'll call her after school."

He nodded again. "I will."

Beck walked out leaving a shocked and confused Tori with an irritated Cat.

"What was that?"

Cat huffed. "That was the beginning of the end. Thanks a lot Tori!" She yelled then she stormed out of the closet.

Tori shook her head. "What? How is this my fault?!" She sighed then she went back to her locker and put more books into her bag to take home for the night. She noticed Robbie frowning at his locker, but when he saw her looking at him he quickly closed his locker and walked away.
