Grimmy's POV

(( From when Harry hung up ))

"No wait! Harry! What's going on?!" I called into the receiver, hearing nothing but the haunting sound of dead silence. He was gone; he had hung up... and I couldn't even form clear thoughts; I was so confused.

What the hell just happened!?

I let the phone fall from my ear, leaning back into the couch and throwing my free hand over my eyes. As I sat, almost perfectly still, my thoughts began to overwhelm me, replaying Harry's words over and over.

Was it something that I had said!? Did I freak him out so much that he had panicked and hung up? Which brings up the next question... where did he go?

I sat up rather quickly, feeling my eyes widen, and pushed away that thought. First, let me pass step one.

"What were we even talking out?" I gasped, hearing my voice echo a bit through my flat. I dug deep into my clouded mind, and after a few seconds the memories I wanted came flooding back.

We were talking about that girl.. the one that Harry had bumped into. That's all! Why would that freak him out?

My eyes trailed down to my phone once again, biting my lip as the taunting images of redialling surfaced. He couldn't just leave me like this! Or maybe I couldn't just leave him like this. I had struck something bad in him, and I had no idea how dangerous it could be.

My fingers glided over the keypad almost effortlessly, typing in his number. I remained this way until I reached the final digit, as my movements began to slow.

But he said that he would call me back.

I simply stared down at my shaking hands. I mean, I did have a habit of not following his directions.. and I'd hate to hurt him again. I should just leave it. You know, give him ten minutes... or maybe fifteen. I knew he'd be happier if I gave him the time.

"Ahg," I almost groaned, tossing my phone onto the coffee table and jumping up to my feet. Part of me wondered why I was finally deciding to be rational now, bit I ignored it.

"Well now wh-"

I began, but as expected, I was cut off. However this time it was by my phone. As I reached down to it, I could help but feel a small sense of relief, as it was probably Harry calling me back.

See, there was no need to freak out.

I guess I got too comfortable, as I didn't even check the caller ID before answering it and pressing my phone to my ear.
