'Bailey will you braid my hair for school today?' Kelsey asked. 'Sure come sit down' I said.She had on her favorite orange dress with white leggings.'Bailey when do we go to Moms and see Airen again I miss her' Kelsey said.'I don't know sis I miss her too though' I said.'GIRLS HURRY UP ITS TIME TO GO' Daryl yelled.'Yes dad' We both said.It was Kelsey's first day of second grade she was 7 and Baileys first day of eighth grade she was 13.When Bailey was looking out the window during class she saw a guy running and then another guy came up behind him and ate his shoulder.

'Bailey can I talk to you?'Lizzie asked we had grown a little closer I still don't put my guard down around her though.'sure about what lizzie?' I asked.She came and sat down beside me on my bed.'about me stabbing Mika,I was stupid it was only because a person didn't understand me and if I killed Mika but didn't hurt her brain they would finally understand'.She said.'would finally understand what lizzie'. I asked.'The walkers their not what you guys think they just want a friend and they want us to change'Lizzie said.'no Lizzie there gonna kill us you can't trust them like you do people they can't think they just want flesh and blood'I said.'oh ok I understand what I have to do know' Lizzie said.Then she walked out.Who was she talking about I wondered.'Hey cutie how you feeling'I heard Carl say.'yes' I said.'I brought you something to eat'He said while handing me a bowl of strawberries.'Thanks' I said.He came an sat down beside me.'When do you think you'll be better?' Carl asked.'Tomorrow I feel a lot better now.' I said.'Good I've turned down going on runs without you'He said.'Well I should be fine by tomorrow'. I said.'Hows Mika?' I asked.'Shes fine' He said.'My dad made a curfew for all of the kids even we have to follow it.Airen said she wasn't gonna have a bedtime especially in this world.Then your dad said she is gonna go to bed when she is told so she shut up'. He said.'Thats nice but how does he know if it that time?' I asked.'He has a watch'. He said.'What time is it?'I asked.'10:00'.He said.'Alright five minutes till curfew!'We heard Rick yell.Mika walked in and saw I was awake.She ran up and hugged me.'Im glad your okay.' She said.Then she laid down on her bed that was on the floor made out of blankets.Carl kissed my forehead and said goodnight.I just laid there thinking about why.Why did Kelsey have to be separated from me I could have stopped her from running away.Then I fell asleep.

"Dream"
'HELP!!Bailey!Airen!Help.'Kelsey screamed.I ran in there my mom had turned into one of those things.I shot her in the head.I turned around to try and look for Kelsey but she wasn't there.I saw her in the distance Running away with her coral orange crossbow.I fell to the ground 'You could have came after me Bailey you could have saved me but you didn't Bailey you didn't it's all your fault.'Kelsey's voice taunted.'NO KELSEY I NEED YOU I CAN SAVE YOU!'i screamed.
"End of dream"
'Bailey wake up.'I felt like I was being shook I opened my eyes to see Carl was shaking me.'You were screaming Kelsey's name over and over but it's ok I got you.'Carl said.I hugged him and said 'what if we don't find her Carl?'I asked.I felt a hot tear run down my face.'We will find her.'He said.He kissed my forehead and left so I could get dressed.I got up and put on a long sleeve pale pink shirt,Jeans and my combat boots.My arm was a little sore but oh well.I put on a pale pink beanie and a jacket.Its winter now and it's getting a lot colder.I walked outside.'Good to see your up now.'Beth said.She was holding Judith.Mika ran up to me and hugged me.'Im glad your up.'She said.'Hey Lizzie.'I said.'Hey.'Lizzie said.'What are you doing?'I asked.She was sitting down on the ground drawing with some colored pencils she had probably got from Airen she used to love to draw.'Drawing.'
"Later on in the day"
Me and Carl walked outside and saw Lizzie standing there.We got closer Ashley was laying on the covered in blood dead.Judith was crawling on a blanket next to her.Lizzie was holding Ashley's knife.'Don't worry she'll come back I didn't hurt her brain.'She said.I tried to grab her knife but she pulled out her gun and said 'No stop we have to wait then you'll get it you'll finally understand all of you will Carol didn't believe and that's why I stabbed Mika Carol didn't understand and I was gonna show her so I waited until none of you were around to stab Ashley.'Lizzie said.'Ok we can wait we can wait just give me the gun.'you promise.'she asked.'I'll tie her up by her shoe laces.'I said.'You and Carl take Judith in cause it's not safe for her.'But Judith can change to I was just about to......'She started.'she can't even walk yet.'I said.'Your right.'Carl picked up Judith and walked inside with Lizzie.I dropped to my knees and started crying I didn't know Ashley that long but we had gotten pretty close.I grabbed my knife and stabbed her in the head.Carl came back outside but with my dad and Rick.'What are we gonna do with her?' Rick asked.'She can't be around other people I can go on a walk with her and tell her to pick some Flowers and kill her when she isn't paying attention fast as painless for her.'I said with tears coming down my face.'Ok.' They all agreed.I went inside to get Lizzie.'come on Lizzie we are going on a walk.'I said.She followed my we started walking towards the grove.'You should pick some wild flowers for Ashley for when she comes back.'I said.'Yea.........she would love that.'Lizzie said.'that fire is still burning the one we saw a few days ago.'She said.'No it's not the smiles white.'I said.Ashley had taught me that when we went in a run one day.'You know everything Bailey.'Lizzie said.'No I don't.'i said sadly.'Whats wrong are you mad at me?'She said with tears about to fall.'No Lizzie I love you like a sister.'She ran off to a thing of flowers.'I love you lizzie and everything works out the way it's supposed to.'I raised my gun and aimed it at her head.'Just look at the flowers lizzie just look at the flowers.'BANG.She fell to the ground dead.I ran up to her body and started crying.'Im sorry lizzie but your with Ashley now and My mom.'I said.I put her bloody head in my lap I didn't care if I got blood all over me.I heard footsteps it was Airen.'Its all right Bailey she is in a better place and world.'Airen said.'I hope your right Rainy I hope your right.'I said while crying.'I love you Lizzie I love you and I'm sorry we just couldn't have you around Judith I'm sorry I love you.'I cried.'Bailey?'I heard a little girl say I turned around To see Lizzie.'I'm alright I understand but it's to late for me but I love you too.'She said.'BAILEY GET AWAY FROM IT ITS A WALKER!'Airen yelled.Thats when I realized it was a walker.Airen picked up her crossbow and shot it in the head.'are you trying to get yourself killed' she yelled.'No I just I guess in just in shock from the Lizzie thing.'I said.we walked back home I went in my room grabbed my crossbow gun and knife and left. I just need to get away for awhile I'll be back later I wrote on a note.
