Sapphire eyes gazed over at the empty stool next to their own, the pupils constricted in the glaring light. A week had passed since Natsu was admitted to Magnolia Hospital after being shot in the leg. Already (against the doctors orders) he had left the infirmary in spite of not even beginning his recovery. The boisterous imp of a man had left the place fuming in outrage only after being their for 42 hours. Natsu limped home to his cottage in the woods soon after. Nobody knew why he was acting out rashly.

'But then again that's flame-brain for ya'  Gray mused, turning his regard back to his drink. The ice cold Blue Crush margarita sat in front of him barely sipped upon. Normally he didn't drink such frilly stuff, but once in a while it was okay to treat himself (at least that's what Mira told him). Grabbing the frigid glass he took a swig of the fruity summer beverage (even though it's winter). He jolted at the taste, not sure if he liked the sugary sensation on his tongue. The ice make wizard popped it onto the bar counter deciding the sugar was a bit too much for him. Shooting his stool outwards he got up and started to trudge towards the door.

"Wait, Gray!" a female voice called out to him. Lucy was waving at him from the far side of the guildhall. She was at the mission board with Wendy and Erza holding a flyer in her right hand. Sighing he wandered over to them, his steely blue eyes rolling at the massive chested blonde.

"What is it Lucy?" he asked in an aloof tone. Lucy bounced on her heels for a second before giving him a benevolent smile.

"I found a job for the whole team! It's an SS-Class job, and the reward is over 1,000,000 jewel. It's just taking out a bunch of subliminal dark guilds" the celestial key holder replied crushing the flyer to her bosom. Her lips parted as she drooled at the amount of money she would be able to get for rent, food, and new clothing.  Gray coughed into his hand at the word 'subliminal'. Did she even know what that meant?

Erza didn't give him time to ask. "We're going to use some of the proceeds to help Natsu pay his hospital bill" the carrot top joined in making the buxom woman melt a little. The flaxen haired girl really wanted extra money...

"Yeah! It may even make the stress off Natsu-San so he can get better!" Wendy chimed in, her bright caramel eyes sparkling in enthusiasm. The teen was much more older and mature than she was when they had met her. Now 16 years old the blue haired girl was fully filled out. Although her bust was not as big as her Edolas counterpart, her hips and butt grew predominately. She was very beautiful, to say the least.

"Hmph, could be good to get the ash-for-brains well again. I miss the fights" Gray mentioned as he decided to go with the rest of his teammates. 'What's the harm?'

"So it's settled. We will leave in two hours and head for..." Erza trailed off looking at already cheered up chick. The key holder looked over the leaflet. "Ah... a town outside of Dawn City. Haspfire Village" Lucy replied, looking up from the handout. Gray whistled at the distance. That was on the other side of Fiore!
