(A/n: Holy crap I didn't realize how fast-paced the relationship and this book is! I just was Nathan to be happy I guess lol. Also the thing that happened in Vegas is so sad. I pray for everyone, I'm so sorry. I wish that it would have never happened. I wish we had Max's powers 😢)

Month later: you guys were fine and loved eachother, but Warren, you were losing your best friend.

"What's wrong?" Nathan whispered to me in class. I guess he knew when I was down, I usually played with my pencil when Jefferson was talking when I'm sad and want to think.

"I haven't talked to Warren since, you know." I frowned.

"Oh. I haven't speaken to Queen Bee over there since too." He pointed his thumb in the direction of Victoria.

"Mr.Prescott." Mr.Jefferson said. "What's so important that you have to talk over me?" Oooo Prescott was getting in trouble.

I kicked lightly at Prescott's feet to say sorry instead of ignoring him. He gave in, sighing and saying, "I'm sorry." I kicked him once more. "Sir." He added.

"Thank you Nathan, now as I was saying..." He continued to speak.

He giggled a bit about how I was like a mom trying to get her little kid to be kind. "You know I like it when you hit me." He smirked.

"Shut up Prescott." I smiled, blushing. He's stupid in a good way, an adorable way.

Class was good and everything. Then it was finally time to go. "Let's go to the diner." Nathan said, getting into his car.

"K." I said and hopped in.

It seemed like everyone in Oregon was there. We found a spot and sat down, then took our orders. The food came fast and it was delicious.

Nathan watched as I ate, I glimpsed at him and he was taking a picture. "Fuck off Prescott." I said putting my hand up to the lens. I wasn't quick enough to cover it.

"Aww that's adorable." He said turning the camera around to face me. I was in the middle of covering the lens.

"You're crazy." I smiled, looking down at my plate.

"You bet I am." He said quietly and put his hand on top of mine.

"You're an idiot." I laughed.

He raised an eyebrow and rolled his eyes. "You bet I am." He smiled and laughed, looking at our hands.

"You know what?" I asked.

"What?" He looked into my eyes, it felt as if he knew everything about me with one glance. It was a loving stare, it was also sad.

"I'm crazy and an idiot too. That must be why I'm in love with you." He shook his head laughing.

"That was cheesy."

"Hey!" I folded my arms, immediately regretting the decision to move my hand from under his.

"Don't play dumb." He said drinking some of his soda. "I know you're smart."

"Fine, it was a little stupid." I looked out the window and saw Warren with his girlfriend. That girl better be nice to him.

Nathan noticed too. "If he doesn't want to be your friend because of me that's bull shit," he paused. "Also, I'm sorry."

"It's not because of you," I grabbed his hand and ran my thumb on his hand.

"Then whose fault is it?!" He stood up, yelling. People looked over, he doesn't embarrass me.

"Nathan, calm down." He sat down, sighing in frustration.

"See? I ruin everything!"

"Nathan! You have ruined nothing!"
