Chapter 8

Outside the cave Discord couldn't believe what he was hearing his race was responsible for the death of some pony's parents and very soon the pony them self. Discord felt ashamed to be a draconequus but he knew if he didn't do something he would hate himself forever, literally. Without thinking Discord flew to the entrance of the cave and glared at all the draconnaqui in the area "Enjoying yourselves?" He asked "By making an innocent pony die?" All the draconnaqui turned to face him and each of them returned the glare that he gave them. " Discord!" Disadence hissed "Pray tell what is a pathetic excuse for a draconequus doing here?" Discord did nothing but smile as he created a fireball in his eagle claw "Stopping you." That was all he said before he launched the fireball. All that could be seen for a short amount of time was white light and all that could be heard was the roar of fire and the smashing of the cage. After it died down Discord looked to where the cage used to be and what he saw almost made him throw up. The beautiful alicorn that he had fallen in love with was lying on the floor coughing and wheezing as the poison took full effect. Without uttering a word Discord rushed over to her and teleported them back to the castle...
