Chapter 5

Celestia had woken up again but she was now in a totally different place. She seemed to be in a cage made of a strange substance and the cage was within a huge cave. Shaking in fear she attempted to rise but fell down almost immediately, her hooves were sore and her head pounded. It took her a while to remember what had happened but it all came flooding back. Her mental breakdown before flying off and getting caught by that female draconequus. "I need to get out of here!" She thought, "Discord and Luna especially will be so worried." She made several more attempts to get up but could not. By her sixth attempt she was dizzy and felt like throwing up but she continued to struggle only to collapse out of sheer exhaustion she lay panting when she heard the flap of wings and knew immediately that the draconequus was back. She struggled vainly to get up only for the draconequus to snap her talons and hold her down. "well my dear princess," The draconequus sneered "Where ever are you off to in such a hurry?" Celestia powered up her horn and tried to fire a powerful beam at the draconequus but all that came out of her horn were a few yellow sparkles. The draconequus cackled "Eh eh bad princess!" she taunted "You know as well as I the effects of the purple Bloom's poison." Now understanding clearly Celestia put her head on her hooves and wept. The draconequus just rolled her eyes and sat down on a flat stone before falling asleep. Sitting up and noticing that the draconequus who was meant to guard her had fallen asleep Celestia wiped her eyes and tried to think of a strategy to get out. As she thought, she became aware that the poison was still not out of her system, sapping her of all the strength she had left, only a few minutes since she started thinking she could no longer sit up and flopped down to the floor. Celestia tried to lift her head but could not budge. Giving in entirely she fell into unconsciousness.
