Hailee never got released from the hospital for another 3 days , but when she finally got released her family and friends couldn't be happier .
Beca , chloe , Aubrey , Jesse , the twins and of course her little sister Riley had been over the moon to see her get better an out of hospital and had all played a part in making her feel better .

" Hey come in" Beca smiled at the couple at her doorstep . Aubrey and Jesse had came to visit the 8 year old whilst she misses school . It was Friday and they were planning on letting her go back next Wednesday , after she gets her stitches removed .

" hi" Hailee smiled as the couple entered the livingroom .
" hey kiddo , how you feeling ?" Jesse asked .
" good" Hailee shrugged .
Jesse had grown a bond with everyone . He was easy to talk to and was very friendly and funny , the twins and Hailee adapted to him quickly . He's like hailees uncle now .

" Chloe at work ?" Aubrey asked as she sat next to the 8 year old on the couch .
" yep. I let her go back to work and I'm staying off until Hailee goes back to school" Beca explained .
" the twins are hating school without you Hailee , they miss you" Aubrey laughed .

" I was gonna make lunch , you guys want some ?" Beca asked .
" sure" Aubrey and Jesse agreed .
" hey cutie" Aubrey smiled as poppy jumped up onto her lap , purring before laying down comfortably on her lap .
" oh my god" Jesse freaked .
" Jess it's a cat chill out" Aubrey laughed .
Jesse slowly shuffled away from his girlfriend .
" oh my god" Aubrey laughed as she rolled her eyes , Hailee laughed along too at the mans fear of cats .

" here we go" Beca said as she carried in two plates of spaghetti .
" ooh thanks" Aubrey smiled .
"Here Hailee , take poppy before Jesse has a heart attack" Beca laughed before passing the cat to Hailee .

Beca returned with Hailees and hers lunch before sitting on the couch at the other side of her daughter .
Hailee started eating her spaghetti as did everyone else .
" did you make this ?" Aubrey asked .
" yep . Chloe taught me" Beca laughed .
" it's good" Aubrey nodded .

After the adults and Hailee picked up the twins and Riley from school , they all came back here so that the twins could spend time with Hailee since she couldn't exactly go out to play yet. She was still recovering and just needed comfort and rest .

" so how's Hailee doing now ?" Aubrey asked quietly , as all the kids were in the room next door .
" she's alright . I think it has all traumatised her a little bit but she's doing okay now" Beca explained .
" I couldn't imagine having to see your daughter go through that so young" Jesse said .
" it was heartbreaking . Honestly , it destroyed me" Beca admitted .
" I bet" Aubrey agreed .
" I'm just happy she's getting better" Beca half smiled .
" we all are" Jesse nodded .

The room fell silent for a few seconds before the front door opened and closed .
Beca could hear Hailee and rileys excitement revealing Chloe was Home before the redhead herself walked into the livingroom .

" I'm home" Chloe laughed .
" early" Beca smiled before the redhead leaned down and gave her wife a kiss .
" it's Friday . Hey guys how are you ?" Chloe asked the couple as she sat next to her wife .
" good thanks" Jesse smiled .
" yep" Aubrey agreed .
" I got Tuesday off by the way" Chloe mentioned .
" good . It means Riley needs to get taken out of school though" Beca sighed .
" one day won't do any harm . She'll catch up" Chloe shrugged .

The adults had their grown up conversations for a while before Riley came in and lay with Chloe , limiting what the adults could then talk about in front of her. 

" I think we should get Home . The kids need dinner and then they're going to stacies since I stole them for the past two days" Aubrey announced .
" no problem . Il see you guys soon" Chloe smiled .
" yep . Jesse can you go get the girls ?" Aubrey asked .
Jesse nodded before disappearing , with Riley following .

" guys I really need your help" Aubrey whispered as both adults stood next to her .
" what's wrong ?" Chloe asked .
" I'm pregnant" the blonde whispered .
" oh my god Aubrey , that's amazing congratulations" Beca smiled , making sure she keeps quiet .
" Jesse doesn't know and I don't know how to tell him" she said worriedly .
" I'm sure he will be fine about it . Tell him , he deserves to know" Chloe soothed .
" were you trying ?" Beca asked .
The blonde shook her head nervously as she scraped her hair away from her face .
" don't worry about it , I'm sure he'll be happy" Chloe smiled .
" yeah he's always said how he wants kids . Trust me he will be fine . Hasn't he said to you he wants kids ?" Beca asked .
" yeah but he's also saying how he's busy trying to switch jobs and I just don't think it's the right time" the blonde sighed .
" everything will be okay , trust me" Beca smiled .
" thanks guys" the blonde smiled , giving the two women a hug .
" congratulations again" Chloe smiled .
" thanks" the blonde smiled , letting go a sigh of relief .

As if on queue , Jesse entered the room with a twin on his back and another walking behind him.
" ready to go ?" Jesse asked .
" yep" the blonde smiled .

Beca and Chloe followed them to the door , saying their goodbyes to the couple and the kids before watching them drive away .
" oh my god" Chloe whispered excitedly.
" im so happy for her" Beca smiled .
" me too" the redhead nodded .

" Riley , come up to bed" Chloe yelled from the girls bedroom .
" I don't wanna" the girl protested .
" it's almost 10 . It's way past your bedtime" the redhead said .
The girl huffed as she let her mother help her change into her pyjamas .
" mommy ?" Riley asked .
" yeah honey ?" The redhead replied .
" is Hailee sick ?" Riley asked .
" she was . But she's getting better don't worry" the redhead smiled .
" why can't she play  outside ?" Riley asked .
" because she's got a little sore spot on her side that needs to heal . She'll be better soon and she can play again after that" Chloe explained .

The five year old nodded before climbing into bed .
" goodnight gorgeous" Chloe smiled .
" goodnight mommy" Riley smiled .
" sleep tight . Love you" the redhead smiled .
" love you" the 5 year old replied before Chloe gave her a kiss and head out .

Meanwhile in the Posen/ Swanson household , things were quiet now that that girls had been dropped at stacies a few hours ago .

Jesse had been on the couch watching tv , but decided to go upstairs and join his girlfriend in bed since he was exhausted .

He entered the bedroom to see Aubrey wasn't even in bed , but the en suite bathroom light was on with the door slightly .

" Aubrey ?" The man asked , as he gently knocked on the door before opening it .
Aubrey was standing in the mirror , with a towel around her body and one wrapped around her hair .
" oh um hey" the blonde sniffed as she quickly wiped her eyes and put on a smile .
" bree what's wrong ?" The man asked worriedly .
" I kind of have something to tell you. I didn't know how to tell you , but promise you won't be mad" she said quietly .
" Aubrey what's wrong ?" Jesse asked concernedly .
The blonde couldn't help but break down crying right there and then .
" Aubrey ... tell me , what's wrong ?" Jesse asked worriedly as he pulled the girl in for a hug .

" I'm pregnant" the blonde whispered .
" w-what ? Really ?" The man asked excitedly .
The blonde nodded into his chest .
" Aubrey that's amazing . I'm gonna be a dad !!" The man smiled .
" you're okay with it ?" Aubrey asked hopefully .
" I'm more than okay with it . I'm gonna be a dad !! We are having a baby" The man smiled widely .
The man pulled Aubrey in for a tight hug in which the girl hugged back .
She didn't know why she worried so much , Jesse is now more happy than ever .

When the couple were laying in bed a small while later , realisation hit Jesse .
" hey Aubrey , why were you crying when you told me ?" Jesse asked softly .
" I thought it was the wrong time , and that it'd be too much for you and you'd leave me" the blonde admitted .
" please , never think that because you will never get rid of me" Jesse smiled .
" I know that now" the blonde joked .
" I love you . And our baby" Jesse smiled .
" I love you too" Aubrey smiled .

Maybe things would be alright after all .
