A week or so later , the day arrived which beca and Chloe had been dying for , the day where they get to bring the twins home .

" kids come on , the longer you take the longer it'll be until you see your brother and sister" beca said as the kids took forever to get ready to leave .
" coming" Hailee announced before she came running into the hallway with her jacket on .
" Riley put on your ugg boots , you cant tie shoelaces" Chloe laughed .

The four of them left and Riley and Hailee went in the very back seats so that the baby car seats could go in the middle row .

They drove to the hospital and buzzed into the infant care ward before the nurse guided them to the twins .

" so they're still on three hour feeding , they're both gaining weight which is good and they're on no tube feeds now" she explained .
" that's great" Chloe smiled .
She took the monitors off of the two babies before beca and Chloe took a baby each and got them in their car seats .
" I'm sorry little dude , I know you were comfortable in there" beca said as she gently placed Ryan in his car seat .

They strapped them in and placed the blanket over them both before signing the papers and finally heading home .

" okay kids , stop crowding them" Chloe warned as the two of them just stood over their crib in the livingroom .

The two girls just returned to the couches and sat next to their mothers .
" beca that's 7pm they're due their feed" Chloe announced .
" il go heat them up , can you begin changing ?" Beca asked .
" yep" Chloe nodded before beca head into the kitchen and got two bottles ready whilst Chloe changed Olivia for now .

Beca left the bottles in the heater whilst she returned to the livingroom and began changing Ryan .
" w-owww" beca said as she moved back and put the diaper back over Ryan .
" he just peed on you didn't he" Chloe laughed .
" he did indeed" Beca nodded .
Chloe just laughed and shook her head as she strapped the new diaper onto Olivia .
" there we go beautiful" Chloe said in a baby voice as she lifted the tiny girl up onto her chest .

" are the bottles ready ?" Chloe asked .
" yep , they're in the kitchen" Beca nodded as she continued to try and change Ryan without getting peed on even more .
" you're gonna be the monster I know it" beca laughed as she lifted the baby up into her arms .

Chloe returned with the two bottles before they sat on the couch and began feeding .
" they're so cute" Hailee whispered as she sat next to beca , and gently ran her hand across Ryan's head as he fed .
" they are aren't they" beca agreed .
" do you think they'll always be small since they're that small right now ?" Hailee asked.
" they might , we don't know" Chloe shrugged .

" can I hold one ?" Riley asked as she climbed up next to Chloe .
" not just now . We need to be extra careful with them" Chloe said .
" I wanna hold one" she huffed .
" I said no" Chloe repeated .

The five year old just stood up and went upstairs leaving the other 5 in the livingroom .
" someone's in a bad mood" Chloe laughed .

later on , Aubrey and Jesse FaceTimed the Mitchell family since no one could really go visit the others due to the newborn babies .
" hey Mitchell's" Jesse smiled .
" hey. Aww look at little James" Chloe cooed as she could see the newborn laying on jesses chest .
" yep , daddy's little dude" Jesse smiled .
" how are the twins ?" Aubrey asked .
" great yeah , sleeping" Chloe laughed .
" well that's good , we will need to come round and see them at one point" Aubrey smiled .
" yeah , I can't wait to meet baby James" Chloe swooned .
" where's beca ?" Aubrey asked .
" asleep" Chloe laughed , turning the camera around to face beca who was asleep , half under a blanket with little Ryan sleeping peacefully on her chest .

" awww" Aubrey cooed .
" that's adorable" Jesse added .
" yeah , it is" Chloe agreed.

The call ended and Chloe decided it was about time to wake up beca so that they could get the babies up to bed , but then again her wife probably wouldn't get any sleep during the night , so she just took the baby from the woman's chest and carried him upstairs .

" okay little dude , bed time" Chloe said softly as she lay the freshly changed newborn in the crib .

He left him to look around a tiny bit before returning downstairs to get Olivia , then sound the same before letting her join her brother in the crib .

She grabbed a baby monitor and took it into her bedroom before going in to check on the kids .

" heyyy Ry ry , you all ready for bed ?" Chloe asked .
" mhm" the girl nodded , putting away her toys .
" good girl , me and mommy are going to bed too , so remember sleep tight cause you have school tomorrow" Chloe smiled .
The girl nodded before Chloe helped her into bed , giving her a kiss and tucking her in before leaving .

" Hailee bed time" Chloe smiled , entering the girls room to see her laying in bed already asleep .
" like mother like daughter huh" Chloe chuckled quietly , removing the open book from the girls chest , adding the bookmark and placing it on her nightstand .
She kissed the girls forehead and brought the covers up before leaving .

She went downstairs , woke up beca before meeting the brunette in their bedroom .
" are the twins down ?" Beca asked .
" yep , easier than I thought it'd be" Chloe laughed .
" you should've woke me and I would've helped , you didn't need to do it on your own" beca scolded .
" you were asleep , that might be the only sleep you get for days so you're welcome" Chloe laughed , climbing into bed whilst her wife changed into pjs .
" thank you" beca laughed , putting on a T-shirt before joining her wife in bed .

" it doesn't seem real" beca whispered .
" it doesn't" Chloe agreed .
" it will when we are up with screaming babies at 2am though , so I guess we just have to wait" beca joked .
" ah , let the fun begin" Chloe laughed quietly , wrapping her arms around her wife before they sank into the mattress for the night , or probably a few hours .
