November rolled around quickly and now it was time for the redhead to fly off to Atlanta for 5 days to complete her training course , let's just say she was not looking forward to leaving her wife and kids behind .

She'd already said bye to the kids and now it was just saying bye to her wife at the airport .

This was the first time they were going to be apart for more than 24 hours and Neither of them were looking forward to it .

" it's only five days , you'll be home before you know it" Beca soothed .
" I'm still not sure about leaving you" the redhead sighed .
" il be fine . Il be at work then il probably hang out at my moms house with the kids or something" Beca smiled . " just don't worry about me" she added .
" that's my job . But il try . Now I really need to go or il miss my flight" the redhead laughed .
" off you go . I love you" Beca smiled .
" I love you too" Chloe said , giving her wife a kiss before heading off .

Beca watched her wife until she was no longer in sight before climbing in the car and driving home .
It was going to be strange without Chloe but she'll deal with it.

She picked up the kids from school on the way home and went through the usual daily routine . Got them changed , made them a snack then off to gymnastics for two hours , then dinner when Home .
Let's just say the brunette was proud of herself when both kids went off to bed for the night .

Due to the time different Beca FaceTimed her wife and hoped she'd still be up since it was midnight there and only 9pm here.
" hey" Beca smiled when her wife answered .
" hey . How's everything going ?" Chloe asked .
" good . It's just lonely not having you here to talk to" Beca laughed .
" are the kids missing me ?" Chloe asked .
" yeah . Riley especially" Beca laughed .
" aww my little ry ry" Chloe laughed .
" why don't you get some sleep ?" Beca asked .
" I was just going to . I'm glad you called though so that I could see you before I went to sleep" Chloe smiled .
" il stay on until you fall asleep if you want . Cause I have no clue how I'm gonna get to sleep without your freezing hands on my belly" Beca admitted .
" this is harder than I thought It would be and I've been away for like 6 hours" Chloe laughed .
" you'll be home before you know it" Beca smiled.

They both lay in bed talking to each other until Chloe realised that Beca had fallen asleep . Chloe was literally on the brink of sleep too so she just ended the call and fell straight to sleep .

God knows how she's gonna survive 4 more nights of this.

The next day , Beca went through her normal routine which consisted of breakfast , drop the kids at school then head to work , which she did .
She had texted her wife this morning which made her feel better too .

She walked into her Work building and immediately got straight to work since she missed yesterday .
She was a busy woman in general and had to try and get things finished before she goes off on maternity leave , luckily she's ahead of schedule so things are looking pretty good .

Meanwhile in Atlanta , Chloe was having fun at the training course with all of the other teachers . Knowing that her wife and kids back home were doing okay , put her mind At ease which meant she could chill out and enjoy herself.
She probably wouldn't worry as much is Beca wasn't 32 weeks pregnant , also meaning that Beca has to go to her ultrasound without Chloe which the redhead wasn't too pleased about .

By the time it got to November 14th , Beca was more than happy that her wife was back soon.
It was just passed 8am and Beca has just dropped the kids at school , and was now on her way to work when she got a call coming through the loudspeaker in her car.
" hey babe" Beca said as she answers the call to her wife.
" hi , how's things ?" Chloe asked .
" good . Kids are at school and I'm just on my way to work" beca yawned .
" I wanna come home . I miss you" Chloe laughed .
" I miss you too . You'll be home in no time don't worry" beca soothed .
" how's my babies ?" Chloe asked , changing the subject .
" squashed . They've dropped a lot" beca said quietly .
" maybe they're getting ready" Chloe suggested .
" bit early yet" beca sighed as she rubbed her hand across her stomach as she sat in the painfully slow traffic , she wasn't even moving it was so jammed .
