I hold on to my seat as Laurence tries to pry me out.
"Y/n it's not that bad!"
"It's going to be the death of me!!!" he succesfully pulls me out and I try to break free from his grip. He draped me over his shoulder and carries me.
"Laurence put me down!" he chuckled and I hear a cute little bell ring. Shot. Were inside.
"Laurence I'm not a meifwa!" he chuckled and sprayed something in my face. I cough and wave the intoxicating scent away from me.
"You are now." his words take a while to sink in. I rip out my phone and turn on my camera. I have f/c ears and tail.
"In going to kill you! Nya~" I quickly cover my mouth and he gives me a lopsided smile.
Why did I make that sound!
I turn around and realize I have earned everyone's attention. An orange haired meifwa with black war walks up to me.
"Hello! My name is Lily~chan! How can I help you? Nya~" she twirls and her maid outfit rises to her thigh, obviously trying to get Laurence's attention. I elbow him in the gut to knock him out of trance and to speak for me. There is no way in the name of Irene I'm making that sound again!
"Oh! My friend, Y/N is looking for a job here." I hand my resume to Lily but she shakes her head.
"We need you to prove your maid skills, not your smartness! All y/n~sama must do is put on a dress and and take orders!Nya~" she giggles and looks at Laurence for permission to snatch me away. He nods his head,
"She's all yours" Lily giggles and pulls my to the back room, I think? She shows me a collection of maid dresses. I choice a f/c one and put it on.
"Aw! Y/n~sama looks so cute! Now twirl!Nya~" she makes a spinning motion with her finger and I growl. I do an embarrassing twirls and Lily claps. She hands me a notebook and pen.
"Lily! You're needed!" someone calls out, Lily slips out, leaving me with no clue what to do. I guess a have to take orders? Let's do table seven! Seven is a lucky number!....Right?
"Hello...sir... What can Y/n~chan get for you today,.,.,nya~" I press my lips in a thin line, embarrassed I'm letting myself say such things.
"I'll have a....y/n!?!?" a familiar voice used my name. By instinct I look up from my notebook and meet the face of the voice.
"Z-Zane~kun!?!" my embarrassment washes away when I see Zane without his Mask. I giggle and snatch his Mask before he can grab it!
"Zane~kun does have a lot of freckles! They are so cute!Nya!" I sit down in front of him and smirk.
"So! What does Zane~kun want?" he covers his face With his hand, failing at covering a rising blush.
"J-just a special..." I wink at him.
"Gotcha!" I leave the table leaving a trail of giggles behind me.
"One special nya!" a meifwa nods at me and I lean against the wall. I spot Laurence sitting down at a booth with a coffee and I wave at him. He gives me a thumbs up and I return it. The meifwa rings the bell and I get Zane's meal. I see a black haired meifwa with black ears and tail with green eyes smile at me. I smile back, as I get closer to her I hear her snicker. She holds out her leg and before I can stop I trip. I close my eyes shut right and open them, surprised I didn't join the floor...again. I open my eyes and what I realize is even worse then falling... I look at Zane as he grips my arm. I'm halfway on top of him, which is really awkward,
"s-sorry for falling for you." his eyes open and my face flashes red..
"I m-mean! I meant falling on you!" I try to squirm out of his grip but he tightens it.
"Y/N..." I see his eyes soften when an alarmed voice calls me.
"Y/n!" I get snatched away from Zane and I look at Laurence,
"Are you okay?" I nod my head, looking at my feet. Laurence growls at Zane but Zane just picks good from his hair. I ball the dress in my hands, nervously. I see Lily yelling at the purple-haired meifwa. I let Laurence escort me at the door. I glance back one last time in Zane's direction. He smiles at me. This time I do know.
