Chicken fight!

My stomach punched my heart. I start fiddling with my fingers and he wrapped his hand around my waist. He cupped my cheek and smirked. He pulled me into a kiss and my heart lurched. Gene is kissing me. How could this be happening!? I don't even know who I like yet... I felt Gene smile into the kiss and Travis cleared his throat.
"All right. Geez" I heard him mutter under his breath, breaking the kiss. Gene frowned and sat back next to Dante, who was grumbling something. Aphmau noticed the quick tension, but, like always, she knew how to fix it.
"Alright! Let's go downstairs, I picked a couple movies I think you guys will really like!" we all scrambled on the couch, not caring if we were smushed. My eyelids fell heavy over my eyes and I curled, falling alsleep.
"Y/n. Hey...y/n wake up." I felt a light nudge on my face. My eyelids fluttered open to see Laurence and Garroth chuckling at me. I rubbed my eyes and noticed that the living room was cleared.
"Where is everyone?"
"In the kitchen, Aph has some activities." Garroth excitedly grabbed my arm and we scurried over to see everyone line up. I met eyes with Gene and he smiled. I immediately looked at my feet and Laurence nudge me. He put his fingers at the corners of his mouth and lifted them up. Smile! I gave him the smile he asked for and he smiled back, pleased. Aph had everyone lined up and she put her hands on her hips.
"Alright listen up! I have a couple games for us to do! I'll be picking the teams!" she added in her "boot camp" voice. We giggles as she tried to be strict. She flashed me a naughty smile and I felt a fear rise up my throat. Uh oh. She pointed her finger at me.
"You! And....." she took a good look at her contestants and she smiled darkly.
"Gene!" I pleased with my eyes, but she kept calling the teams. I smiled. You know, I was relieved it was him to some reason... Some one picked me up which sent my laughter booming in the room. Gene laughed a little and he sturdied his posture. Katelyn picked Travis up and he looked at me in embarrassment. I flashed him a competitive smile.
"You know I love you, best friend, but I'm going to have to destroy you." I rolled my eyes.
"As. If."
Katelyn took our bragging as a chance to attack first. I toppled a little bit Gene helped me. I started to push Travis sideways and he fell, along with Katelyn. She growled in failure and sat in the sofa. Kawaii~chan and Zane went next against Garroth and Laurence. Surprisingly, Zane and Kawaii~chan won! But then they were taken down by Aphmau and Aaron. That leaves the two of us. Gene smirked.
" alright bunny! We can do this!"
I nodded in agreement and I tried my same attack. Sideways push. Aph wobbled but Aaron kept a strong grip on her. She pushed me from my shoulders and I fell, carrying Gene with me. His face dusted a light pink as he helped me up. He ruffled my hair, "good job, bunny" I smiled at him as Aaron spun Aphmau in victory. Kawaii~chan started squealing and yelling. "Kawaii~chan's ship!". Next up! Cupcake wars! Me and Zane? Alright I can work with that. I pointed a spoon at him and he flinched.
"Alright, Zane! You like cupcakes! I like cupcakes! We can so do this!" I winked at him and he rolled his eye.
"I don't think that's how it work-" I pointed the spoon at him again.
"Cupcake magic, Zane. Cupcake friggin magic." he gulped down and shakes his head.
"Alright! I'll make the batter and you invest in the frosting." he nodded in agreement as I read the instructions. He corrected me in a couple measurement, but other than that I did good. Zane handed me a spoon with a creamy pink frosting at the end. I popped it in my mouth and my eyes sparkled with delight.
"Zane! This is so good!" I jumped with excitement.
"Its pink. Your favorite." he said it with so much confidence, you think he repeated the same line over and over again. I caught myself staring at him and he blushed in response. We set out our cupcakes in front of Katelyn, the judge. We were competing against Kawaii~chan and Dante, Aphmau and Garroth,and Laurence and Aaron. I smiled boastfully as Katelyn weighed the competition. She sighed in disappointment.
"I can't believe I'm saying this...but. THE WINNERS ARE Y/N AND ZANE!" Kawaii~chan wailed.
"Its only because Dante~kun didn't listen!" Dante growled at her comment and Zane hugged me, my feet not touching the ground. He laughed and Aphmau squealed. He put me down and we blushed in unison. Garroth shot Zane a look and Zane returned it. We then had a make up contest. I was paired up with Travis. Fml. He flinched and squirmed and I groaned in aggravation.
"Hold still!" he nodded and I struggled with his mascara. I cringed as I saw my final. Aphmau walked over and all our jaws dropped to see Garroth's transformation by Katylen. You couldn't even tell he was a guy! That thought made me laugh. Travis crossed his arms and pouted.
"I'm pretty....too." I laughed and pat his head.
"Of course you are!" we shared a laugh and we settled to watch a movie. It was a scary movie. Everyone fell asleep except Zane. He just laughed when someone died. Creepy. I tried to stay up but my brain begged me for sleep, so I granted it. I snuggled up and my mind went blank.
Click, click, click!
I saw raven hair flow out my front door with a trail of giggles. I rubbed my eyes tiredly and something held on fast to me. Someone was hugging me!?!?! My breath caught on my throat and my mind consumed the warmth. Who is this!?!
