The One and Only.

Stars Came Out.

Mel's POV
We got out of the front door and started walking down my house's driveway. We walked in silence for a few seconds. He was the one who broke the silence first.
"Soo which song of mine do you love the most?" he asked out of nowhere.
"Where did that come from?" I asked chuckling.
"I don't know it just did. Now tell me which one?"
I could sense curiosity in his voice.
"Uhmm i don't know..Never Be Alone maybe or A Little Too Much..." I said.
"I mean if you asked the same question last week I would probably say Lights On or maybe TNHMB but now that I've been trough some things it just changed my jam."
"Well I guess I am proud of myself now that you listen to my voice to fill the empty space in your heart."
I looked at him but he was already looking at me.
"We have to turn left from here." I said breaking the eye contact.

When they arrived

We were finally at my hideout. I told Shawn to close his eyes because I never showed anyone here not even Ayla and I really want to see the look he's gonna have.
"Okay on the count of three you will open your eyes." I said excited.
"Okay." he said out of breath from all that walk.
"How do you even work out you are out of breath already." I said chuckling.
"Come on count already."
"Fine...1....2...3...open your eyes."

I made him wait but it was worth to see his expression when he saw the view.
I actually figured this place out two years ago.I was running to clear my mind and that's when I found this little hill which has trees covering around so it was invisible. I usually come here and listen to his songs and just relax and forget about all the pressure I have on my shoulders for a while. It helps me a lot actually.

"Oh my god! This looks stunning. I think I just found the ideal place for writing my songs for the new album."

I was happy now. I was worried sick like two minutes ago. Now that he says he likes it.

"Yeah this is basically my runaway from everything."

"How long have you known this place exists?"

"For about three years I guess."

"How did you even found this place? I mean this place is practically hidden." he asks curious.

"I used to run a lot after school or when I had something on my mind. I was running one day and I took the wrong turn and my curiousity brought me here to this unbelievably beautiful place."

He looked right into my eyes. I felt my heart race going faster. I immediately look down. He came closer to me and lifted my chin up. Great. Now he was looking straight into my green eyes.

His perfect eyes pulled me in them. He started coming closer. What was he doing? Kissing me? Oh lord.

He embraced me and gave me the warmest hug ever. Okay I really need to control my thoughts.

My heart race slowed down immediately. I was calming down in his arms. I never wanted to let go. I felt him letting go so I tightened my grip around his neck. So did he. His arms were perfectly covering me. Like they were made for me. After an emotional hug we finally pulled away.

" Come on, lets sit down." I said looking for a place to sit.

We sat under a tree cuddling,watching the view enjoying each others presence.

Until it was dark. When the stars came out.
