Melissa's POV We told Shawn to get ready and ran upstairs to my room and started getting ready. My mom texted me the details about the party and it was a 'princess' themed one so I had to wear something formal. I've got a lot of clothes especially dresses since my mom earns a lot of money. I was going to wear a dark red dress which was on my mid tight but Ayla insisted on me to wear a pinkish and longer one.

I got dressed and it was time for my makeup and hair and Ayla was perfect with it. I insisted on having a natural makeup so she made it simple but cute and it was awesome. Then my hair and OH MY GOD this girl has talent.

After I was done she covered my eyes with her hands and dragged me near my closet where I have a long mirror. She opened my eyes and I was speechless. This wasn't me. I hugged her so tight that at some point I thought she was dead. "I love you!" I yelled in her ear. "I know but you didn't have to yell right into my ear." she said and we both laughed.
Shawn's POV Ayla and Mel told me to get ready so I got in the shower and washed my hair. Then I hopped out of shower and started getting ready. I put on my favourite cologne and then dressed up in the suit Ayla brought with. Mel was right I was pretty much the same size as her brother because it fit me perfectly. I dried my hair and gave it a little shape with a little help of my brush. I brushed my hair and teeth and get out of my room to wait for Melissa.
After about twenty minutes she came down the stairs with Ayla behind her looking like a proud mom. My eyes landed on Melissa and she was soo beautiful. She looked like she had no makeup on but she still looked perfect with her pink dress and white stilettoes. Her hair was in natural curls. She looked stunning. Exactly like a princess.
I was brought back to reality when she stopped right in front of me. "Yo...you look amazing.." I stuttered. Why did I stutter? "Thank you Mendes. You don't look so bad yourself." she said with a smile plastered on her face. "Let's go?" I asked. "Let's go Mendes."
We got out of the house and waved goodbye to Ayla and got next to my car. I opened the door for her and she said a cute little thank you with a smile. We then started driving and let me tell you if I wasn't driving I would probably just stop and look at how beautiful she was. Like WOW. I think I have feelings for her. I really think she is beautiful and she is so nice and funny. I think I like her. A lot.
Melissa's POV I keep catching Shawn's eyes on me. He just stares at me. He looks soo good. Oh lord. I need to remember to thank his mom and dad for such a masterpiece. What am I even saying? I think I like him but what if he doesn't like me back. I mean he cares about me like a lot and all but I don't know. Maybe I will figure it out tonight.
