Chapter 14!

okay, so my phone has been out of charge for days and i couldnt find my charger. YES I AM SHIT AT UPDATING! D: but here it is *finally*

**NIALLS P.O.V**

"Niall!...Niallllll!!" Charlotte begged for me to wake up.

"Mmf?" I shot up rubbing my eyes.

"I just got a call, Katies awake. Shes ok!!" She jumped up and down on the spot.

"Shit, we have classes today. We can go see her aftetwards. What time is it?" I was exited, and i hated being a downer.

"6:40 Get ready!" She replied.

She looked beautiful, she was wearing skinny jeans, a baggy jumper, ugg boots, and a beanie.

I shoved some jeans, trainers and a white top and black jacket on. Got ready in the bathroom, then grabbed my stuff and took Charlotte to class.

**CHARLOTTES P.O.V**

He took my hand and walked me to class, everyone was looking at us. they saw me as the girl who fucked the druggy alchololic that stabbed a girl but I didnt care at the moment.

We got to science and sat down, Niall HAD to be my partner. Im not pairing with anyone else!

The teacher came in, he looked like the nutty professor, he started talking about molecules and atoms but I wasnt really listening.

I could feel everyones eyes on me. Then something happened that made me feel sick, Jake walked in, he looked rough. Then the police walked in after him!

"We woupd like to talk to Charlotte please." The one police man stated.

I looked at Niall, terrified. He nodded as if to tell me I should go with them. I wanted to cry so, so badly.

**AT THE POLICE STATION**

They refused to answer my questions the entire way there, theu didnt cuff me though, so I dont think I had done anything wrong.

We got there and they escorted me to a room, a big empty room. A man walked in wearing a suit and sat down.

"Hello, im Mr. Davids. Id like to ask you a few questions about you're friend Jake." He stated.

"He is not my friend." I said bitterly.

"Okay, I just need you to answer a few questions. He has been in the station today, for drug use. A nurse found the needle marks on his arm while he was in hospital and reported him to us. You wouldnt know anything about this, would you?"

"No, sorry Sir." I lied through my teeth, I didnt want to be tajen to court or anything.

"All I know of is his alchohol problem and his assult." I added.

"Assult?" He rose his eyebrows.

Shit he doesnt know!

"He umm.. stabbed my friend, attempting to stab my boyfriend, he was um, drunk." I stuttered.

He took notes of everything. "Do you realize how serious this is?" The laughed.

"Yes sir. But ive dont nothing wrong." I muttered, tears threating to spill.

"But unless charges are dropped, you will go to court." He gave me the look of death.

I just nodded, tears rolling down my cheeks.

He asked me more questions about Jake, Katie and Niall came into it at one point. And a few hours later, I had been waiting for 30 minutes alone in the locked room, a man finally came in "You're free to go, thanks for your time." He said firmly shaking my hand.

I turned back round quickly "And Jake?" I asked.

He will be coming back and his court date will be sent to you shortly he shouted, nit looking back as he walked down the corridor.

**NIALLS P.O.V**

I went to the police station after classes to pick up Charlotte, it must be horrible for her. I had been waiting in my car for about 30 minutes when I finally saw her walking out of the station, wiping her eyes.

I got out of my car and she spotted me and gave me a small smile, walking quickly. I ran over to her and grabbed her hand, intertwining it with mine.

"Is everything alright?" I asked her, I was so worried.

"Yeah, they just needed to ask me some questions about Jake, they found out hes on drugs." she replied, sighing.

I stopped at my car and cupped her face in my hands. "Its all going to be ok, I promise." I whispered before kissing her.

The kiss was beautiful, we both closed our eyes and moved our lips in sync, its funny how no matter how bad everything gets, we can always enjoy eachother.

We both broke away from the kiss, her now leaning against my car and me pressed up against her.

We looked eachother in the eye, my forhead against hers.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too." she whispered back.

Okayyyy, so next chapter they will go see Katie in hospital! Again im sorry for not updating, i love you all! :*
