Broken{a jeronica story}

the day it all changed

Jugheads POV:
It's been 2 weeks since Ronnie and I had... Well since we slept together. And things are going pretty good. Veronica and I were happy. I heard Archie and Betty started going out but all of it was just a rumor and I didn't really care anymore. I was happy with Veronica and that was all that mattered. Veronica didn't come to school because she said she felt sick so I called her before school.

Veronica's POV:

This morning I didn't feel too good,I woke up vomiting in my bathroom. I told Jughead I wouldn't be going to school, he was ok with it. I stayed in the bathroom because I felt that I would throw up again. Then I decided to go get something to eat, I got some airheads from my room. I loved airheads, they were my favorite candy. I grabbed a red one, my favorite one and unwrapped it. I stared at it for a second, why was the color red so amusing to me? Probably because i hadn't seen it in a while. Wait.. it's been 2 weeks since me and Jughead and I'm supposed to have gotten my.. I then ran to the bathroom again. I was late. I almost fainted at the thought of it, but I had no one to go to. Betty and I aren't really friends anymore, my mom wasn't home she never was, and Jughead he'd freak out. I decided to go out and buy what I never thought I'd have to buy at the age of 16, a pregnancy test. I went out to the nearest CVS, I walked in and grabbed one, a cheap one of course. I went to the register. The lady looked at me and looked at the test and laughed, I had no idea what was so funny. I went home and took the test immediately. I waited three minutes for the results. I looked at the test, I almost passed out as I saw the 2 lines. "Positive." I read aloud. I was shocked. How was I going to tell Jughead? How was I going to tell my mom? 

Jugheads POV:

I got a call from Veronica. She asked me to meet her at her house, that It was an emergency. After school, i stopped by pops and bought Veronica a milkshake. Double Chocolate, Her favorite. I got to Veronica's house and she smiled. "Hey!" I said to her. "Hey. You brought me a milkshake!" She said. She took the milkshake and we went inside. She shut the door and stayed quiet for a while. "What's wrong?" I asked her. "I've been walking in circles for thirty minutes debating  about whether or not to tell you what I'm about to tell you." She said. This was serious, I could see it in her eyes. "Ronnie what is it?" I asked her. She looked at me. She went to get something from the kitchen, it was a pregnancy test. I looked at her. "Juggy, I'm pregnant." Veronica said. I feared something like this would happen, but it didn't matter I promised Veronica I'd be by her side no matter what. I got up and grabbed her hands, despite the fact that we were 16 I was happy. "Ronnie, that's amazing." I said to her. She looked up surprised. "I thought you'd be mad." She said. "No, of course not. Maybe i was a little shocked, but we're going to have a baby. And yes we're only 16, but I'll be with you the whole time." I responded to her. She smiled. I kissed her head. "A baby huh?" I said. "Yup. And I get to name the baby." Veronica answered. I looked at her and just laughed. I kissed her, I'd get to kiss her a lot more often now.

Veronica's POV:

He was happy. The thought of him being happy about our baby, made me happy. A baby. Wow, how was I going to tell my mom? I'd find a way. Right now I was really focused on how I was going to still learn while at home. I'd be going to school for the first couple weeks, but then I'd have to take online classes. If it kept me busy at home. I was willing to do it for my future family, for Jughead, for the baby.
