Jace's pov

Bored.

That's how I felt.

We're in Cali-freakin-fornia and I was bored.

I was mindlessly flicking through the channels wondering what I should watch yet nothing showed up. It was pretty early so nothing interesting was on not even in the movie channels. I decided to check if Callie had some shows or movies saved that I could possibly watch to kill this disease I call boredom.

I went on her file and my eyes widened. Over a thousand shows and movies were saved on here. I saw she had different folders for different categories. One of them was labled "with hot actors." Curiously, I clicked on that folder and different shows and movies came up. I scrolled and came across "The Vampire Diaries." Hmmm. Must be because of Ian Smolderholder. Just as I was about to click it Callie came and sat next to me.

"Watcha watching?"

"Well I was looking for a good show to watch and I saw you had The Vampire Diaries so I thought I'd give it a shot."

She squealed and I laughed still not used to her doing that, "oh I'll watch it with you. Ian Somerhalder is like super hot! I have to turn on a fan everytime his character Damon comes on."

I laughed an idea poping into my head, "we should watch the first full season!"

Once again she let  out a squeal, "yes! Oh my god lets go to my room and watch it there!"

I nodded and she pulled me up running to her room but ended up bumping into someone. My heart raced and I hoped no one could hear it. Ryan smirked causing me to blush, the memories of last night rushing in. I looked at Callie and she looked confused.

"You two are in a rush. And why weren't you in our room?"

Callie looked over at me causing me to blush deeper than I already was.

"Well, umm you were sleeping and I didn't want to wake you so I came downstairs."

Ryan smiled, that oh so perfect smile, "you could've woken me. It would've been fine. Anyways it's like seven in the morning. Cal what are you doing up so early?"

She shrugged, "bad dream that's all." We looked at her but she looked down. They must've come back. I wanted to question her about it but Ryan seemed to have moved past it.

"Alright. So again what has got you two in a rush?" Cal smirked and linked our arms together.

"Well you see dear friend. My friend Jace here and I are going to have a vampire marathon. You are more than welcome to leave my house for no interruptions." She unlinked our arms and ran down to her room while I followed behind leaving a confused Ryan behind.

"Alright lets get this marathon started!"

I got the seats ready while Callie got everything else ready to watch the show. I was a bit surprised she didn't go with Es so I decided to ask her.

"How come you didnt go with Esmi next door?"

"'Cause I want to stay here."

"Don't lie Cal."

"I got in a fight with Wesley." I rose an eyebrow encouraging her to go on but she just shrugged.

"He just doesn't trust you guys that's all."

I scoffed.

"Us or Shane?" She shrugged and clicked play. We sat back on the bean bag chairs and started our marathon. The beginning started playing and Callie was getting excited.

"Oh. If you're going to chose Stefen, leave. Es is team Stefen and I can't stand it. It's Damon all the way."

I laughed and we turned back to the t.v. no sound coming from us whatsoever. I looked at Cal and she was pretty into it eventhough it just started. It was showing where Elena was in the cementary writing and there  was a crow.

"Why is she freaking out?"

"Shh."

I rolled my  eyes.  Forgot not to ask her anything while watching her favorite tv shows. I kept my questions to myself and continued watching in hopes of having them answered throughout the show.

I have no idea how many episodes went by when Callie stopped it to stretch and heard a cough behind us. I turned and it looked like the crew was here.

"Oh hey what are you doing here?"

"What are you guys doing?"

"Watching hot vampires. Want to join?" Ryan rose an eyebrow at Callie and looked at me. He shrugged and went to sit next to me. I blushed and he smiled.

"Quit blushing."

Everyone else got comfortable while Callie went for more snacks. While she was gone I filled everyone in on what had happened

"Yes and if you are Team Stefen might as well leave. I only allow Damon lovers." We looked at Cal and she came to lay on my other side since Ryan had taken her spot. She clicked play and the episode started where Damon saved Elena from the car accident they were in. Episode eleven and we still have a long way to go.

Callie's pov

We had only gotten to episode 17 and everyone was already knocked out. Jace and Ryan were cuddling and I took it upon myself to snap  a picture. These two have been acting really weird lately. I looked over at Shane and he was basically hanging off the sofa bed. I snapped a picture and paused the show deciding to take a walk. I started debating whether or not I should go see Wes then decided on  not and went to the beach. Despite the hour there were still people here.

I kind of regretted not bringing my surf board. Late night surfs are amazing. It's just you and the water. There's just something about surfing at night that's so calming.

I didn't realize where I was going and ran straight into someone.

"Hey watch it."

"Sorry beautiful didn't see you."

I looked at the guy and he looked oddly familiar. But I didn't know from where. I shrugged it off and went the opposite direction.

"Hey hold up. What's your name?"

I looked at the guy. I didn't know who he was but he looked so familiar. I had a weird feeling in my stomach but I ignored it. "Why?"

"Can't I know the name of the girl I ran into?"

"You wish."

I walked away though that feeling was still nagging at me. Who was he?
