"I love this" You laughed as bertholdt hid his face in his hands, "Ha you loose sucker!" You throw your cards down, "I-its J-just a game" He sighed knowing how competitive you are.
"Just a game? HA says the Loser" You pat his hair "Your hair is so fluffy" You continue petting it and he turns bright red, "Aww are you imaging Annie petting you" You giggle and he shakes his head.
"Then why are you blushing?" "Cause it feels G-good"
"Does it? Hmm" You continue petting him while a girl walks over, "Annie wants to go out with bertholdt," The girl said emotionless, she had black short hair, "Mikasa-" I began but bertholdt snored. "H-he fell asleep?" You were confused.
"Well tell him when he wakes up" Mikasa walked away as you stopped petting him and laid your head on his desk staring at his sleeping face so calm and peaceful.
"You're so cute" You sigh and pet his hair softly and you see him slowly open his eyes.
"It felt that good huh?" You smile at his sleepy face, "S-sorry" "No don't be, you looked cute" You say as he blushed bright red.
"Anyway, Annie wants to go out with you" You state as he almost falls back in his chair. "R-really?!" "Yeah bird brain, look over there"
Annie sat at her desk and she looked at bertholdt and nodded at him making him blush brighter.
"Go talk to her skinny boy" You smile as he stood up hesitantly and walks over. "H-hey"
And that's when you realized... bertholdt didn't need your help anymore.
"Well, that friendship ended quickly" You sigh and stand up and canter over to your desk and put your hands on your face.
Class began and you continued looking depressed.
"Ok don't forget the essay due next week" The teacher closed her books and the bell rang. You got up quickly and walked to your locker.
you felt a person staring at you and saw bertholdt giving you two thumbs up as he continued talking to Annie.
You smiled back and opened your locker and grabbed your school stuff and left.
You were walking down the street when you looked back to see bertholdt waving goodbye to Annie, "H-hey can I w-walk you home?" He asks as you look at him, "Why don't you walk Annie home?"
"W-well I live closer to you-" "Oh so it was convenient" You smile and he shakes his head, "And you are easier to talk to"
"Same goes to you" you felt him lift your bag off your shoulder and put it on his other shoulder, "I'll carry these," He says as you blushed and looked away.
"C-can we stop for ice cream?" He asks and you laugh slightly, "Why?" "B-because I have some things I want to talk to you about"
"Fine but you're paying" You laugh and he nods.
You sit across from him and the waitress comes over, "I'll just have wat-"
"She'll H-have chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and I'll have S-strawberry," He says looking at you and you smile.
"Ok that's one thing, W-why do you think You're... F-fat?"
"Because I have a big stomach, I have big legs, I have-"
"So?"
"So?~! I am ugly"
"You're... N-not Ugly"
"How am I not ugly?"

"Thanks for trying bertholdt but you cant think of anything-"
"F-fine! You have nice L-legs and you smell nice, I don't think you have a big stomach and... other.. things" he blushed and looked down.
You blushed and looked away.
"Your ice creams," The waitress said as bertholdt handed her twenty bucks.
You looked at your food and watched him eat his, "E-eat... Please and don't vomit it up..."
You open your mouth but decide not to, "I know.. the girls were talking about it.."
"I-am sorry"
"D-don't be.."
"Thanks for the food"
"You're pretty," He says awkwardly
You feel tears coming out of your eyes and you smile it off and eat the ice cream.
"W-was it something I said?"
"Yeah, but it was sweet... "
