Basically I have two fitness journels..this one and another private one (😟which is tooooooo deep for me to publish for the world). I actually only did this second one for my diet buddy💕💞who I hope is reading this rn.

Let's get to it shall we??

I'm gonna be honest with you...😏

I weigh 76.8kg (last time I checked which was...last week Tuesday. And its Tuesday today...seven days ago)

My goal...I'm not so sure.

I will not define myself by a number. My goal is to be strong, disciplined, in control, healthy, confident and fit.

But if you really want to know...

It's 60kg.

So lets get some motivation going....

Here are some reasons to get fit

- to be comfortable in leggings and shorts

- for those words "have you lose weight?"

- for the stares

- for all the haters

- for yourself.

And lets sign a pledge.

"I (name)__________________ promise to never give up on myself. This time, I'm gonna do it. I'm going to achieve this. No more irrational binge eating, no more excuses. This is my time to shine!! Nothing will stop me!! I will make myself proud!!
