Chapter two.

Calliope's POV.

I was severely underwhelmed when I walked into the hotel room.

There was no sketchy looking person inside or anyone pointing a gun at me; In fact, the room was almost empty aside from the furniture and the very eye catching manila folded on top of the neatly made king bed. I pay no attention to the colorful paintings or the beautiful balcony to my left. My eyes were trained on that yellow folder that would most likely give me my next instructions.

Not wasting any time I quickly grab the folder, spilling it's contents on the bed.

Unlike last time, pictures of my dead sister were nowhere to be seen. My eyes are drawn to the big bold letters that said instructions.

'Hello Calliope,

Welcome to the big apple, if you are reading this then it means that you have decided to go on with my plan. Needless to say that from now on you will not have any contact with any of your family and friends. At least until you are done.

You will start recruiting the people that will help you as soon as possible.

When you turn the page there will be a list of 9 people who will be able to efficiently do the job.'

Turning the page I see the list with a picture of each person next to their names and description.

'To do the job correctly you will need someone to provide fake ID's or someone to disarm alarm systems or just someone to shut down an entire network. Here is a list of 3 possible candidates for the job.'

THE HACKER

John Dale - Graduated from the university of Sunn. Took down Facbook for a whole 12 hours. Currently works at facbook.

Hunter Reed - Former army tech specialist gone rogue. Tracker and hacker.

Michelle Aish - Graduated top of her class in computer science at an Ivy league .

'After picking a hacker, the next step is to find someone to execute plans, a reckless individual who in wise words will get shit done.'

THE DO-ER

Selene Martinez - Method actress who is willing to do anything as long as she has a script.

Michael Willis - Professional do-er, has no family. Is extremely reckless.

'Now, choose wisely whomever you pick is the person who can make or break the team, this person would be the killer. This list is much longer than the previous ones because well...this is New York.'

THE KILLER

Steve Brown- Grew up in the foster system with a middle class family. Killed his first victim at 14.

Javier DeSantiago - Studied forensic science at the local college and was part of 'Los gatilleros' a group of latinos that killed important people for high amounts of money.

Megan Diggeo - High class assassin with schizophrenia, enjoys killing.

Paul Deaca – Got rid of local gangbanger Brock Kingston.

Janice Lupe – Lures her victims using sexual advances. Works in a morgue.

'When you have assembled your team, you will need to hire them. The only way any of them will help you is if they will get a hefty sum in return. So you will offer each of them 1 million dollars that will be paid in full when and only when Michael Costello is dead.
